"L'Oustau de la Roche" is a beautiful 4-star villa for 12 people on 35ares of land with a 10x5 swimming pool (from May to September) and children's play area.

The villa has two living rooms, fitted kitchens, 5 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes including a master suite, two large well-appointed terraces.
Lots of space (250m2) so that everyone (adults and children) can find their well-being.
Surrounded by vineyards and located high in a pine forest.
Ideal for spending a pleasant stay with 2 or 3 families around a swimming pool in Provence.

10 km from Vaison-la-Romaine and Buis-les-Baronnies.
Paradise for hikers, climbers and cyclists.
In July and August reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday.

Très belle propriété, au calme et dans la verdure

Superbe weekend de 5 jours entre amis : la maison est grande et lumineuse, très fonctionnelle, le tout dans un parfait état. La literie est confortable, et les espaces de vie parfaitement adaptés au nombre de convives : de beaux espaces communs, une cuisine bien équipée et une terrasse spacieuse et agréable avec une belle vue sur les pins. La piscine est bien sécurisée, et chaude grâce à son abri, facilement manipulable par des adultes. La procédure d’accueil est parfaite, Delphine est de bons conseils et très disponible. Un excellent point de départ pour visiter la région, avec un grand garage pour les vélos.
