Upscale property by river

We loved staying at this beautiful home by the river. This is our first time to Bullhead and loved having a river in the backyard. The house is clean and well furnished. Its spacious with large rooms and two masters, perfect for two families with grown up kids.

Beautiful house. Large, clean and right on the river. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed to make large meals and there was plenty of room for our families. The launch was nearby and easy. The beds were comfortable, but be aware if you are planning on having anyone sleep on one of the futons, they are only comfortable for small children. There are lots of beds, so it wasn’t a problem. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds in the master bedrooms to kings instead of queens. The rooms are huge, so they could easily accommodate king beds. Wonderful house, easy river access. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful river home

We had such a great time. The house is perfect. Such big rooms and a nice open front room. With a beautiful view of the river. Plenty of space for everyone. It was an easy check in and out. We had everything we needed available to us. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We cannot wait to use it again soon!

Perfect location

Home was amazing and right on the Colorado River. A few details were missed by the cleaning company, patio furniture was put together by myself (might want to check my work...?), the kitchen—while fully functional—was lacking of common utensils and items needed for cooking. We purchased and left behind several kitchen items for future VRBO’ers to enjoy. Ceiling fans in three rooms were not working, personnel came out and tried to fix, only a couple could get started by a remote control. Overall though, we felt the safety of the property was fine, noise outside was quiet, beds and linens were clean. The dock access was very accommodating for the jet skis we rented. If the opportunity arises and we vacation in the area again, we would definitely look for this property to stay at. The price is definitely worth the value, in my opinion.

New year’s family vacation

Why they chose this property

We decided on this home because we were in a rental just a few doors down. We weren’t very happy as a lot of things were wrong with the home so we ventured to see what other rentals were available. We seen this one for sale and decided why not buy this brand new home and make it so those who come are so comfortable that they want to come over and over again. We have spared no expense to make this a great stay. The location is great. Very convenient to everything.
