Yet isolated enough that there is a family of black bears that will frequent this part of the mountain.

Only a couple minutes to some great Hiking Trails and just 20 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park!
Only 35 Minutes to Pigeon Forge!

Plenty of room in this 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Cabin with 2 Master Suites on the main level, a comfortable relaxing space with a cozy electric fireplace, a newly remodeled and well equipped Kitchen including a Keurig & Coffee Pot (bring your own coffee of K-Cups), and everything you could need for your stay. Both Bedrooms feature large Smart TV's including all your favorite apps (must log into your own apps).

The Back deck features a large 4 person Hot Tub, Seating and an amazing View of Greenbriar Pinnacle

Downstairs you'll discover another bedroom with a Queen Bunks, another Full Bathroom, wet bar and large entertainment area featuring a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Multicade Game and Large 65" TV. Plus a Sleeper Sofa and seating for everyone.

Throughout this cabin you'll find new Smart TV's in every bedroom and living area each connected to WiFi with Netflix and other apps (log into your own accounts) and fast reliable high speed wireless internet.

Large FLAT parking area to accommodate just about anything you want to drive and NO steps to climb to get to the front door!

Do not feed or interact with the Bears or any wildlife.
Make sure all trash outside is placed in the bear proof trash bins.
Never leave trash bags or food outside.

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Absolutely No Pets

Do not leave any trash of food outside.
You are in nature and there are bears and other wildlife in the area.

Individual booking cabin must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

Towels and linens provided.
Soaps, Shampoo and even toothbrushes are provided, just incase you forget something!

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As with all cabins in the area the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be an additional charge.

Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided

Please message us before booking more than 8 people!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged $175 and asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires other than in the Fireplace! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

We have no control over weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.
