Our 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home is in a perfect location on Emerald Isle. When you walk into the lower level you will find a separate kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and large bedroom. As you walk up the interior steps you will arrive on the second floor. The second floor has a large bedroom, full bathroom, open kitchen, spacious living room, and easy access to the deck with wonderful ocean views. The final two bedrooms (one with amazing ocean views) are found on the third level of the home and share a full bathroom. The home is literally 50 yards to the public boardwalk where you can access the crystal oceans of Emerald Isle.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful week! The house was so inviting and a convenient walk to the beach, which was perfect for our teenagers. The views of the ocean were amazing. There was a breezy, shady spot to sit outside at all times of the day! We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Terrrific House! Ideal Beach Access!

The house was clean, quiet, and well cared for. And the beach access is really ideal. From the deck you have a view of the ocean. We had one very small problem while we were there and the owners were on it immediately. We didn't miss a beat of our vacation. The laundry room right off of the entryway was perfect and well used. We loved the huge living area for our family of 7 very tall adults. And we really loved the large dinner table. We had plenty of room for meals and more importantly the complicated board games our family loves to play. Looking forward to coming back again next summer!

Second time equally great!

This was our second summer here. It was even better than the first summer. New seating in the living room was a nice bonus for our big family, and the house was so clean once again. We look forward to coming back again.

Beach with Kids and Kids' Friends

Second year of fabulous beach fun! Again, this lovely home allows us to keep a little separation between high school girls and college boys. The downstairs is ideal for a little remote work; nice and quiet. Location could not be better and the view is lovely. We will be back!

Location and View❤️

Steps from the beach- we could see our shade structure from the deck! We loved proximity to everything…walked the beach to the pier, rode bikes to dinner, and the ocean with views right in front of us. The college kids enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs while the high schoolers had the top floor. Parents stayed on the main floor, and although it was not an en suite bath, this floor plan was perfect! This lovely home made it easy for everyone to have their own space and access to a shower. The upstairs kitchen is small, but lovely. The fridge was comedic in that it would suction closed so tight the second time you tried to open it, you had to put a lot of muscle into it; not a problem…just funny to watch unsuspecting newbies! Built-in prank! Kept the cooking simple, as the cookware was basic. Glad we brought our own paper goods. Great communication, darling house, fantastic week. Also, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided were very appreciated! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! I loved walking up the drive after an adventure away and seeing the cared for yard, awesome downstairs porch (with party lights!), and the red house numbers that match the Adirondack chairs on the deck. Curb appeal makes a good vacation great!

Family Reunion in EI

The house was just so perfect for our family reunion. Beach access is right across the street, the emerald colored ocean, and the house was just so ideal for what we needed. The added kitchenette allowed us to make use of fridge and freezer space. We would absolutely stay here again for the next reunion in 2023.

Amazing Week!!!

Perfect home for 2 small families. Having a kitchen upstairs and one downstairs was a real plus. Beach access across the street was wonderful! Host communicated well upon arrival and checked in throughout the week. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Emerald Isle after being on the island for less than 24 hours.
When we decided to explore purchasing a property, this home felt right as soon as we walked through the door. The views were amazing, the house was just the right size, we love the space the main level kitchenette and bedroom offers our guests and the proximity to town was just what we wanted. It's far enough to feel like a bit of exercise, but close enough that we could easily walk or ride our bikes. We love talking a walk down Ocean Drive which has few cars, but lots of friendly neighbors. Riding our bikes along the bike path for a morning donut and to pick up fishing bait is another favorite activity. The boardwalk to the beach is directly across from the home. It could not be in a more ideal location. This beach home was our Silver Lining of 2020.
