This was the perfect location for our getaway! Close enough to town but definitely felt away from it all! Home is absolutely beautiful & great size property for being outside or just relaxing under the covered patios! Hosts were great with any questions that came up & very welcoming! Loved it so much we are booking again for fall!!

So happy to hear you enjoyed the place as much as we do! Looking forward to hosting you in the future!
We had a magical weekend at the Gorge. We needed a place to stay. This house is unbelievably gorgeous. Two of us from LA and two from the Bay Area. We didn’t leave besides our shows because why go to a restaurant when you can spend time in this gorgeous setting? I would come up again just to stay here. The grounds, the views, the vibe. It’s a family friendly place as well if you have kids but a beautiful adult weekend. The owner is super responsive. The beds are super comfy, all the amenities. It is a home built with love and a place I’m guessing they had in mind to host and share with friends. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. A really special place! All four of us thought so and felt so happy to be there.
This is a very special place. It is clear the owner built this as there own vacation home. The pictures really don’t do it justice.

About the host
Hosted by Adam Knutz
We are a family of five, with a dog, hamster, and guinea pigs. We love the outdoors, whether skiing, biking, hiking, boating, or motorsports you will likely find us spending as much time as we can outdoors. We enjoy being together, and this home brings us closer together every time we stay. We built this home together, designed it together, and now get to share it with other families. Our intent, from day one, was to not only build a home in a place we love, but build a home that would bless other families as we have been blessed.
Why they chose this property
Our home, in our opinion, offers the best slice of Cle Elum while offering privacy in a setting that boasts the feel of mountains. We placed the home as to keep us surrounded by greenery, all while maintaining territorial views. The home is close to town allowing guests to quickly enjoy amenities, trails, and activities if desired, yet retreat back to tranquility. We find ourselves spending morning and night by a crackling fire, or on the patio around the propane fire pit and built-in heaters, or inside watching it snow with a hot beverage. Inside or out you will find plenty of room for many to gather as you enjoy a drink at the Wet Bar or simply sip a cup of your favorite tea. If you you truly want to get away, in a beautiful setting, away form the hustle, and the resorts, this place is for you!
