e Chai est une maison spacieuse de plain-pied à l'arrière de la maison des propriétaires. De grandes portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur une belle terrasse donnant sur le jardin privatisé.
À l'intérieur, il y a un grand salon, un coin repas et une cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner si vous le souhaitez.
Il y a deux chambres, séparées par une salle de douche bien aménagée. L'une a un lit double, l'autre a deux lits simples.

La terrasse est aménagée pour vivre à l'extérieur, avec table à manger et plancha.
vous pourrez accéder au parc de plus de 1 hectare commun aux vacanciers des 2 autres gîtes (de 4 personnes )présents à l'opposé, sur l'autre aile de la maison des propriétaires.

Ideal location

The gite is very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is excellent for visiting Bergerac and the surrounding region.

Clean and well equipped property

The property was clean with a well equipped kitchen providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The terrace, garden and furniture provided are lovely and spacious. Ludivine and her family were very welcoming and kindly provided outdoor toys for our son to play with. He really enjoyed playing with the dog and visiting the sheep each day. We did encounter some noise from the adjoining property in the evening but this is only an issue if your children go to bed early. Bergerac is very close by and we enjoyed outdoor swimming at Parc de Pombonne.
