The condo and the property were wonderful! We try to stay at Litchfield by the Sea every October when we come down to play golf. The hot tub closest to our unit wasn’t working well, but there was another one on the property that worked amazing! Perfect for helping to loosen those sore muscles from golfing. The balcony had amazing views of the sunrise each morning. The bedroom had its own balcony, which is why I selected the property. There’s nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Marci and Melinda were wonderful hosts from start to finish. Booking and check-in/out were so easy and pleasant. The condo is very nice, very clean and has all the amenities you'll need! The porch is amazing and the view is spectacular! We ate all of our meals out there! It's a quick and easy walk to the beach and pool. Our stay was 10/10 and we can't wait to go back to Pelican Niche!

Great ocean view!

This condominium had everything we were looking for! Although it is a bit dated itwas very clean, the 2 bedrooms were good sized with their own bathrooms. There was even a bonus full sized bathroom. The living area was nice, kitchen was small but pretty much had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very nice, very large with a great view of the ocean and a great place to watch the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze in the shade.

Franks, Chive Blossom, Bistro 217, Kudzu Bakery... oh, the list is big . Bicycling, tennis and golf make for fun adventures. Rent a boat or just build a sandcastle on the beach. Read that book you have been saving for some down time.
