Picture yourself on the beach spending the winter in sunny Sanibel. The deeded beach entry is less than a quarter-mile from my house. It’s hard to find a long term rental in Sanibel because everything rents so fast. This new listing may be just what you’re looking for.
My home has a bright, open floor plan with upscale furnishings and two screened porches. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom with double sinks plus a private balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, one with twin beds. A full bath separates the bedrooms. This happy beach home is elevated with a carport, storage room, screen porch, and a large Weber Grill underneath. We have all the beach equipment you will need.
The community heated pool is a very short walk. The tennis court is next door to the pool. There is also a deeded beach entry for the community and guests. You can also walk to Gramma Dot's Cafe and the Sanibel Marina. You are steps from San Carlos Bay and the public fishing pier plus you are about half a mile from the Lighthouse and beach on the gulf side. Sanibel boasts some of the world's best shelling.
