Perfectly located in Waikoloa Beach Resort - Big Island! Close to all the best beaches on the Kohala Coast!
This new and spacious 1 bedroom studio (sleeps 2) is located within a new luxury home subdivision called "Ainamalu" in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The studio is accessed via a separate and private entrance from the Main House. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay!
* comfortable Queen bed with luxury bedding.
* Marbled bathroom with 2 shower areas: indoor and outdoor showers
* living area enclave with comfortable sofa, coffee table, wicker rocking chair
* Smart TV with Spectrum cable and internet throughout. Netflix sign on with your account.
* small kitchenette area: Bar refrigerator, microwave, dishes, blender, coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster. Great for breakfast and lunch. Many cafe's, restaurants available nearby for dinner.
* Separate parking space for 1 car next to garage
* boggie board, cooler, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs available for your use.
* Washer / Dryer inside for your use. Laundry soap provided.

* Outside patio has two comfortable cushioned lounge chairs set in a lush garden setting. (not shown on the photos.) Also a fold up bistro table and chairs.

Everything was wonderful. Guest house was perfect for our stay. Cindi was a great host and having the beach gear at our disposal was perfect. Love the Waikoloa area and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property- Great Location

We had a four night stay and enjoy every moment of it! We could only wish that we have stayed longer. The property is perfect, great amenities, great location, and pretty much everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The bed and other furnishings were amazingly comfortable And everything was fantastically clean. I cannot wait to stay again!

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay in the studio. It is very well stocked and maintained. The location is perfect for Big Island adventures. Highly recommend this property! Make sure you sit outside and gaze at the stars, truly spectacular.

Great casita!

This was a fantastic home base for my husband and I on our anniversary trip! We were close to the resort restaurants and shops, close to beaches, close to the airport, and the beach equipment was such a blessing! We would absolutely come here again.

Amazing Space

Lovely Stay

We loved our time at Cindi’s studio. The studio was exactly like shown in the listing. Very clean and very well maintained!. We had a minor issue that was resolved by Cindi immediately! Do not hesitate to stay here, it is perfect!

Quiet and new

We really enjoyed Cindi’s property. Very quiet and new. Refrigerator was not working when we checked in but Cindi let us use the full size one in the garage until the new one arrived. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay.

My partner and I stayed at this modern studio and it was wonderful. It was a great location and close to the small mall areas. It was located near the beach. It was really clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It also included an indoor and outdoor shower. The outdoor shower was helpful if you're going to the beach. It was overall a great experieince and I would book again in the future.

Nice Bathroom

A beautiful bathroom with a very nice outdoor shower as well. The lanai was lovely too. VRBO listed this property as having a kitchen when I filtered for it and it had a microwave and a toaster but not much else. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the couch was alright but it wouldn’t recommend spending a long time in the room itself. Hawaii has such beautiful nature though and the outdoor shower and lanai do a lovely job showcasing it.

Waikoloa Ohana

Cindi and Ron's Ohana met our every need during our three night stay. It was clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and most importantly, it had an outdoor shower. I love an outdoor shower when in Hawaii, and this one didn't disappoint. (We're from Montana, so an outdoor shower is a bit of a luxury.) The location is great, as it's close to the Kohala coast beaches and not too far from Kona should you need to run into town for groceries, etc. (Although there is a grocery store in the Waikoloa resort complex and one at the Mauna Lani as well.) Without reservation I would recommend Cindi and Ron's Ohana for a stay on the Kohala coast.

Sweet studio in a good location

The studio is as in the pictures (even a little more spacious than we expected), stylishly furnished and clean. We felt very comfortable. We appreciate that a table has been added in the living room (it is not yet visible in the photos). The small kitchenette is enough to heat up something or eat something you brought with you. Be sure to keep opened food in the fridge to avoid bugs. Instructions were clear and check-in and -out was easy. The location is quiet and ideal to start excursions to all parts of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cindi was such a lovely host! I was fortunate enough to meet her upon check-in and she assured me I could reach out to her if I had any questions/concerns. Her place is in a very quiet neighborhood, a short drive (or 50-min walk) from the Queens Marketplace. There are ancient lava trails nearby to explore and several nice beaches all within a 10-15 minute drive. The studio itself was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the outdoor space with two lounge chairs and a small table — perfect for someone who had to work remotely during part of my stay. Would love to return again someday!
