About this property

New Modern Studio in Waikoloa Beach Resort- Close to White sand Beaches!

This studio has a separate entrance from the main house through a tropically planted courtyard. It is located in Waikoloa Beach Resort in a luxury subdivision known as Ainamalu. Waikoloa Beach resort has many amenities with beautiful white sand beaches nearby. The studio has a mini kitchen area perfect for breakfast or lunch. It does not have a stove but includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster, teapot, dishwater and bar-type refrigerator. Our guests love the outside shower area, and there is an inside shower as well.

The host is on-site for any quest needs. Your privacy is respected and you can be assured of serenity and privacy in such an upscale neighborhood. There is plenty of open parking space close to the studio.

The outdoor patio has very comfortable lounge chairs in a garden atmosphere. You can even see some of the coastline. Nearby there is plenty of shopping and restaurants along with a luxury theater. You will love this location!

Upon departure, please leave the door unlocked with the key placed on the coffee table.

Wonderful location, great access to everything on this side of the island in the way of resorts. Mauna Lani. Rosewood Kona Village. Four Seasons. Waikaloa/Waikaloa Village. Close to beach 69 and other beaches for snorkeling. We usually spend more time in Kona/Halualoa and this time it was wonderful to be at this location in Animalu! It's a very private and quiet community. Cindi's place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. There are 2-great lounge chairs to relax outside. The outdoor shower we used every day! It was such a highlight! Cindi is always available to help with anything you may need including offering extra supplies, beach gear, great recommendations for where to visit and dining choices. We have stayed on the big island 5-times and Cindi's lovely place made this visit our favorite.
