Very Disappointed

The condo was super outdated and was falling apart. I use to own a unit at Phoenix on the Bay and as a property owner I am shocked they did not take more pride in their place. The pop corn ceiling was coming off in the dining room, the fan remote is just sitting on the wall with stripped screws, there is a small piece of sheet rock missing in living room. There is black mold in the tile in both showers. Baseboards and chair rails were all nasty. The Ice maker would only spit out 2 cubes and then you would have to open up the entire ice maker. The washing machine sounded like it was about to explode. Whoever they used for house keeping should be fired. There was sand all on the floors snd in the beds the first day we arrived. The facility and amenities were also dated and dirty. We bought a beach ball for the two 9 year old boys I had with me along with other children who played with them and security said no balls!!! That’s ridiculous. There is no slide, lazy river or any other fun water activity for kids to do. For the amount of money for 5 nights -I was very disappointed.

This unit was dirty and dated. Called to report the issue at check in and management came to the room to inspect. She agreed and sent Housekeeping service to clean again. The master shower was so moldy I had to use the quest bath even after the second “cleaning”. I don’t mind staying in a “dated” unit but dirty is not acceptable!
