Mike was a great host! He was very accommodating, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. When we experienced an issue with bugs, he provided a credit, and when we notified him of an air conditioning issue in the garage, he immediately sent someone out to address it. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to help. The golf cart was also a nice convenience for getting around. Thank you, Mike, for being such a gracious host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was exactly as advertised and the entire process from check in through check out was seamless. The host was very helpful and proactive in providing information needed to ensure we could take advantage of everything this home and surrounding area had to offer. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular (especially from the crow's nest). We had so much fun tooling around town in the golf cart ... what a nice bonus! And after a long day of fishing, we enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool. This home is set up perfectly for a family get away. We enjoyed everything about it and definitely plan to return.

Never had such a responsive host. There were some items we needed for a house full of guests and baby’s…and Mike delivered. Within hours of my text, stuff was delivered to the door. Wonderful host,Wonderful property!

I really liked staying here a lot. We had a family of five with 3 adult children and had plenty of room and were very comfortable. It's a great spacious home to spend a week in Port A. The only reason I gave a rating of good instead of excellent is because of a miscommunication with the host. Other than that it's a wonderful, comfortable home.

It is hard to clean that size house with back to back renters. So I understand why some things were missed and check in was a little delayed. But the Host took care of things for us. We really appreciated how quickly things were addressed.

Thoughtfully designed and well appointed for large groups. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for hosting large meals for 16, the elevator was so handy, the garage offered hours of climate controlled entertainment and a nice break from the sun and rain. Lastly, the golf cart, beach chairs, and location made it so easy to get to and from the beach!!Mike was great to communicate with - proactive, responsive when needed for very minor questions and very kind.

Home was a great fit for 3 families! Elevator was nice for moving up and down luggage, pool was freshly cleaned and warm, enjoyed many different seating areas for coffee, tanning and relaxing and the use of the golf cart for beach drives was great! Communication from owner was fast and helpful.

First of all, Communication with Mike was outstanding! We had a last minute dog addition and was not an issue. The a/c garage is unique. We had a lot of fishing gear to put up each day and was very convenient. The grandsons enjoyed the games in the garage. A very unique thing in the house is a commercial grade ice maker in the garage and a great one in the kitchen. The coupla was relaxing. Elevator was nice, just wish it went to garage level. The driveway holds a lot of vehicles but is steep if you have a trailer hitch attachment. Our group of 6 adults and 4 boys (11-5yo) were able to spread out well. We have stayed in about 4 different other houses over the years and this is the one the family wants to come back to next year.

This house was wonderful. The spaces were great and the location was close to the beach. Our boys loved playing basketball in the garage and all the kids loved the pool. Our only issue was the Internet going out and the tv did not work when the Internet went out.

Fantastic time at the beach!! Mike is so friendly, very communicative, made sure our stay was awesome! Not sure which was best, the game room in the garage, the free golf cart, the heated pool, the crows nest, etc. we will be back!!

We had an amazing stay. Our host, Mike went above and beyond and took such great care of us. I cannot say enough, thank you for all you have done. The heated pool was the best.
