Bad Gastein: Cosy bungalow "Keil", built in 2009. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 5.5 km from the skiing area. Private: property. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 80 m, thermal baths "Therme Gastein" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, skisport facilities 3 km, slopes 3 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 3 km, sled run 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Gastein-Sportgastein Stubnerkogel 5.5 km, Bad Hofgastein Schlossalmbahn. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Gasteiner lake 1km. Ideal location for the spas thanks to the nearby thermal spas. Heilstollen is 5 km. 3 bikes are available in the shed (at the user's risk, subject to availability).

Ferien Haus

Haus war im Innenbereich in Ordnung sehr sauber. Der Garten ist nicht Gepflegt : Sträucher nicht geschnitten, Rasen schlampig gemäht Mauer mit Ungraut überwuchert. Bild vom Haus im außenbereich entsprich nicht der Wirklichkeit. Lg. H.

Fijn vakantiehuis

Wij waren hier nu voor de 3de keer en het beviel weer! Huis is compleet en van alles voorzien. Goede bank in de woonkamer, eettafel voor 4, compleet uitgeruste keuken, 2 prima slaapkamers met prima bedden en badkamer (douche) met wasmachine. Handdoeken worden voorzien en er is zelfs een strijkplank, strijkijzer en föhn asnwezig. Ligging is perfect in het Gasteinerdal. Kijken nu alweer uit naar volgend jaar.

Grundsätzlich nettes Häuschen - mehr Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert. Ausreichend ausgestattet, Spülmaschine vorhanden. Leider keine direkte Übergabe und somit mussten wir bei manchen Funktionen etwas kämpfen.

Empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist sehr zentral für alles gelegen und ideal für 2 Personen mit Hund. Mir persönlich wären 4 Personen zu viel, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Der Campingplatz hat zu dieser Zeit nicht gestört, da fast nichts los. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, lediglich das Geschirr ist etwas zusammen gewürfelt., z. B. Frühstücksteller fehlen ganz.

Eine Unterkunft zum erholen

Wir waren mit unserem Hund angereist. Die Unterkunft war im Innenbereich sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es war ausreichend Platz. Hier gab es keine Beanstandungen. Den Außenbereich haben wir nicht benutzt, da wir immer auf Achse waren. Zusammenfassend können wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus Ansicht ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauch. Der Garten und die Außenanlage hingegen waren eine Katastrophe, der Rasen war offensichtlich noch nie gemäht worden, er war sehr hoch und das Unkraut wuchert überall. Sonnenliegen konnte man gar nicht aufstellen, die Terrasse war zum Teil mit Unkraut zugewuchert. Eingang großes Lob hingegen an die Betreuung durch Interhome vor Ort. Es würde sich super um einen gekümmert, wenn man ein Anliegen hätte.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, Bad und Toilette sind separat. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Gute Ausstattung und der gesamte Eindruck der Wohnung sehr gut und sauber.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie ausreichend. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten, die Kleiderschränke bitten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar ein Gefrierschrank mit 2 Schubläden. Der Hausbetreuer ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar.

Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, strategisch günstig gelegen, da man zu Fuß, z.T. kostenlos mit dem Bus oder mit dem PKW direkt vor der Haustür in beide Richtungen starten kann. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, Bad und Toilette sind separat. Durch die Sitzgelegenheiten unter dem Vordach kann man auch die Regentage gut aushalten. Für die Kinder steht ausreichend Grünfläche zur Verfügung, sowie ein Trampolin und ein Sandspielplatz.
