For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Table tennis, patio, barbecue (swing). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 270 m, railway station "Ried i.Z. Bahnhaltestelle" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 5 km, bathing lake 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.2 km, sled run 7 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Wir kommen wieder

Alles war bestens. Alle Absprachen konnten telefonisch erledigt werden, die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Alles war sauber und wie erwartet auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Bis bald im nächsten Jahr!

Haus Gerda

Het appartement ligt in Ried, met de skibus makkelijk naar Kaltenbach te komen. Lopen naar Kaltenbach vanuit het appartement is kleine 15 min. Frau des huizes aardig en behulpzaam. Een tip de matrassen vonden wij wat zacht, wellicht na zoveel uren dat er geslapen wordt deze te vervangen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit WC. Der Wohnzimmer/Küchenbereich ist sehr hell, offen und groß dargestellt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub. Das Feriendomizil Gerda war sehr toll und super zu nutzen auch mit mehreren Personen aufgrund der 3 Badezimmer die an jedem Zimmer anschließen. Die Vermieterin Frau B. war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Also großen und ganzen sehr weiter zu empfehlen :)

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen Personen und 2 Kindern (2 und 3 Jahre) unterwegs. Wir sind begeistert von der Wohnung. Genug Platz für alle. Ganz besonders großartig, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Ein schöner Garten zum Spielen für die Kinder. Wirklich top für eine große Familie.

Super!!

Groot en zeer schoon appartement. Elke kamer had zijn eigen badkamer. Ideaal. Extra + puntje is dat alle vloeren in de badkamer verwarmd zijn. Genoeg plek in de kelder om je ski's en skischoenen op te bergen. Makkelijk parkeren voor de deur. En de piste is bijna om de hoek. Wat wil je nog meer.. Enige minpuntje is dat je de boven/onderburen wel heel goed hoort lopen. Maar over het algemeen geen last van gehad. Wij hebben trouwens ook niet moeten betalen voor de wifi.

Goede accommodatie voor een groep van 10 personen

Prima accommodatie. De gastvrouwen zijn moeder en dochter. De dochter woont op de bovenverdieping. Moeder woont elders. Het contact met moeder verliep goed. De dochter was bijzonder onvriendelijk. Zij klaagde over geluidsoverlast, terwijl de gasten onder ons dat niet beaamden. Het gedrag van de dochter was bijzonder ontfatsoenlijk, ze ging verbaal onredelijk te keer en schreeuwde tegen ons. Wij hebben dit gemeld bij de moeder en daarna hebben wij geen last meer van de dochter gehad.

Wintersport 2022

Mooie locatie om naar de pistes te reizen. Fijne bedden, doucheruimtes iets gedateerd. Grote woonkamer, niet gezellig ingericht. Keuken veel te klein voor een groep van 11 personen. Meubilair zou vervangen moeten worden, de stoelen vallen haast uit elkaar en de ene bank was in de rugleuning stuk. Wat het meest tegenviel was dat er betaald moest worden voor de handdoeken wissel, voor een prijs .... euro per week verwacht je dat dit inclusief is.

Geräumige Wohnung

Ideal für 2 Familien oder bis zu 4 Päarchen. 4 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad, ein Zimmer mit Stockbett (war bei uns abgesperrt). Einrichtung zweckmäßig nüchtern, wenig liebevoll. Garten vorhanden mit Schaukel und Tischtennisplatte. Vermieterin nicht gerade freundlich, nur auf Kaution und Kurtaxe aus, kann keine Tipps zu Ausflügen etc. geben. Achtung wir hatten laut Beschreibung von Interhome Endreinigung bezahlt, wollte sie nochmals abrechnen hat es aber akzeptiert dass es bezahlt war.

Super Ferienwohnung, super Ferien !

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Die Zimmer waren super, auch die am Zimmer liegenden Bäder haben wir sehr genossen. Es war sauber, ordentlich und ruhig. Der große Balkon ist traumhaft und man kann abends lange verweilen mit einem tollen Panoramablick. Wir empfehlen es gern weiter. :) Ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten alles prima!!!!

Sehr gute Lage (Bahnhof , Nähe Kaltenbach, Zillertaler Hochalpenstr.) Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, großzügig (gerade für Kinder).Wir würden sie wieder mieten.
