Appartement moderne ,bien agencé ,propre Salle de bain avec clim et colonne de douche hydromassante Vue extérieure donnant sur le parc et la végétation très reposante avec au loin la mer Pas de balcon ....Bien situé pour profiter de la plage ,des commerces ,du port des animations et du Grau du Roi à pied ou en vélo
