As you enter the home you will find an inviting and well-appointed great room that includes a TV, VCR, DVD Player, and Satellite TV, wireless internet, and free wifi phone calls to the U.S. A beehive fireplace will provide warmth during the cool nights, a perfect place to enjoy family and friends. This tastefully decorated home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite has a king-size bed with an incredible ocean view and a private bath, satellite TV, and office space. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a full bathroom just across the hall, satellite TV, and is also facing the ocean. Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds and a spacious bathroom. For your convenience, there is an outside shower where you can rinse after a day of fun in the sun on the beach.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Sands. Its beachfront location is ideal, and the home is very comfortable. Robyn and her property manager replied to questions promptly, had helpful suggestions, and were very cheerful. We'd happily stay there again, and recommend this rental highly to other Rocky Point visitors.

Great accommodations. The only issue I had was the previous tenant left the fridge with a horrible odor that bled on to our food.

Serenity sands was the perfect house for my Birthday vacation , it is a beautiful home Robyn & Jesse were very inviting and made sure everything was perfect , the kids had a blast making s’mores in the fire pit , and the sandy beach was Beautiful , I would Deffinately recommend this Beautiful home for your perfect vacation getaway

Beautiful home with lovely veranda and ocean vistas. Very comfortable master bed (Tempurpedic mattress). Appliances worked well. Wish there were more bedrooms for more family. Great spot!

The main thing about this VRBO rentals is having great communication and the owner and management crew did a great job. The location is awesome, the view is awesome. The grill and the fire pit are awesome. The cleaning crew could've done a little bit better job, but it was good. When we arrived.

Our Stay in Puerto Penasco, Mexico

This was our second trip to Puerto Penasco, and this house made our stay unbelievably wonderful. The house was our home for the extended weekend. We found everything we needed to make our stay truly relaxing and restful.........just the way a vacation at the beach should be. The house was spacious, accommodating, and beautifully decorated and maintained. It was paradise. We can't wait to return!

Best house in Las Conchas

Two families (total of 6 people) stayed for a long weekend with beautiful October weather. The location was perfect. Sand was smooth, patio was gorgeous and water was silken. The house itself has great privacy and parking and indoors was incredibly clean and spacious. It was a very easy transaction with Robyn as well. We will be returning again and again (assuming the place isn't rented all the time!)

Best time in Rocky Point

We have been to Rocky Point a few times. This was only our second time staying in Las Conchas and it was bar far the best Rocky Point trip. We were right kn the beach which made it easy for the kids to run out and play. The patio was large where we could all relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking dinners. We will definitely be back to Serenity Sands and recommend this place to any family who wants a quiet, relaxing time.

Beautiful property!

My family and I just experienced a relaxing long weekend on this property. The home is beautiful with an amazing patio looking out over the sea of Cortez. The homeowner Robyn was available via text at all times and the property manager Laura was very responsive. The house is very comfortable and well kept. We used the kayaks and paddle boards, and the fire pit provided a wonderful opportunity for late night chats and stargazing. Highly recommend!

Best Beach in Rocky Point

This house sits on arguably the best stretch of beach in Ricky Point. Stairs led directly to the ocean where - day and night - we wandered along rocks and pools finding sea cucumbers, fist-sized sea snails, an octopus, large and small crabs and all manner of other detritus. The house sits on a bluff with a commanding view of the beach, shrimp boats and kayakers. It is spacious and well-equipped. We spent mornings and evenings on the large porch. We cooked a lot and slept 8 comfortably. The hosts were great and we hope to return sometime soon.

The best on the beach!

We travel to Rocky Point every summer for our vacation and this is by far the best home we've ever stayed in! The owner has very lovingly cared for every detail, and it is beautiful inside and out. Owner is very caring and accomodating. We have recommended this property to all of our friends. We have three young children, and it is the perfect setup for us right on the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms beautiful, and the living area relaxing. Our favorite place to be is on the amazing porch overlooking the sea of Cortez. Thank you for an amazing stay! We'll be back!

Long Labor Day weekend

We wanted to get away for a long weekend but didn’t want to head to SoCal. Traffic, cost, & 6hr drive had us thinking Rocky Point. We looked at quite a few places and settled on this house in Las Conchas. Place didn’t disappoint right on the Sea of Cortez was perfect for our adult son with autism who loves the beach. We swam at high tide and walked lots during low tide. 3 beds/4 bathrooms were great and the double showers is what we ended up using. The AC was super cold great during heat and humidity. Fridge was cold and big enough for lots of food. Wife got an in house massage and and loved it for $40/hr that included tip.

Dream getaway

This home was spectacular! Your first step off the property is onto the sand. The balcony gives you a broad front row seat to the beautiful ocean. The home was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the home wasn’t ready for us when we arrived. The owners were eager to make it right and we appreciated their efforts. We would love to come back and will definitely recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We made many memories our family will cherish. All the best.

Beautiful!

This was a great home. The location in Las Conchas was terrific. Far enough away from the front gate and the more public beach - it felt private but had enough activity to keep it interesting. The water was so clear, and we saw pods of dolphins every morning right out front. Rosa stopped by and gave me a massage on the beach every day. It was heaven. The boys had a successful fishing trip. All in all, a very relaxing trip! The back deck was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The ice machine worked, so that was nice too. The water isn't filtered, so definitely bring a lot of drinking/washing water. Rocky Point seemed back in full swing this year after what seemed like years of declining tourism. I was happy to see that.

BREATH TAKING!!

A relative from Baltimore came to visit so we decided to take an impromptu visit across the border. Normally we stay at the Bella Serena, but it was totally booked, Lucky for us, because we had no idea what we were missing out on all of this time. The photo of the home on VBRO captured our attention, and to our delight the actual property was just as breathtaking. This property offers a private beach experience with a family atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean. We immediately took advantage of the large balcony and oceanfront beach. The daytime views are spectacular. The whole back side of the house opens up to the balcony and the fresh ocean air. We didn’t miss out on opportunities to barter for a taste of Mexico. Vendors from blankets to banana boats came. And they were cheaper than the resort! We experienced a slight issue; however Robyn was immediately accessible and handled our issue promptly and professionally. I have already recommended several people to this property, and plan to return before the end of the year.

Perfect!!

I can't believe it's taken me so long to get back to you about what a FABULOUS place you have. The house is beautiful, comfortable and included everything we could ask for. We used the kayaks (no wet suits) and the the water was chilly but very doable. We sat around the fire pit one evening and watched the luminescence in the water. I've never see it before. Every time a wave rolled in the water lit up blue and green. It was a real treat. We walked down and where we stood at the edge of the water a webbing of light spread out from our feet. We didn't see any whales but the Dolphins came by every morning heading toward Rocky Point and made the return trip early evening. We did venture into town and made some newbie mistakes but all laughable. Everyone was helpful and kind. We loved the fresh oysters and beer at the estuary down the road. I love that it's a co-op of 6 women that do the harvesting and run the place. Our best meal was shrimp we bought fresh in town and grilled at your place. We enjoy cooking together but did hire a local woman who prepared our dinners and set up for us while we played on the beautiful beaches. Oh... And the new bed in the master is very comfortable. We will definitely be back!! You made it all so easy.

House has amazing potential

Stayed for a week in April 2021. Great communication with the owner beforehand, but could not open the gate to enter porperty as we did not have the right code. Had to wait in hot sun for 40 mins for property manager (PM). House itself it lovely with amazing potenital but it is not being maintained well enough for the price paid. Some of the issues we encountered: ran out of TP by mid week and PM told us that was all they would supply - the owner had her bring us more. While there were plenty of beach towels, we were left 1 bath and 1 hand towel pp for a week stay. There were two chaise loung on patio that were faling apart - the PM brought two more the next day. The screen in the MB was ripped in several places making it hard to keep my door open w/o getting bugs. The owner is really lovely and tried her best to help us from afar, but the PM, while very friendly, is obvioulsy not putting in a full effort to ensure the property is well maiintained. Our biggest issue was with the WIFI which we were told was recently upgraded however it never worked- none of the neighbors were having WIFI issues - and two of us were supposed to be working. The owner had workers out almost daily trying to fix it but it would work for an hour then stop. Thankfully were able to work at her friends house but it was stressful and we constantly had workers in and out trying to fix it. Then the dryer broke and we were out of towels. They got us a new dryer in a coup;le of days but the property manager never showed up so I had to hang out in house while it was delivered and installed wasting time on my vacation. Kitchen is fairly well stocked but missing some basic things like a veg peeler, tea kettle, and the frying pans are all in horrible shape - teflon peeling and likley dangerous to use. I was told there was a Keuirg coffee maker in the house and brought Kcups but alas there was only a drip coffee maker. Owner let me use her ground coffee but it was a pain to make a pot each morning for one person. We also lost electricity one day and we had no idea how to open the gate w/o electricity to get our cars out. We could not reach the owner or PM for hours and were basically locked inside until the PM showed up. The strange thing was that the house manual was completely empty (a first for a VRBO rental in my experience). Typically this would contain info like how to open the gate if electricity fails - which is not uncommon in RP. With some work the hosue would be 5*.

Relaxing Vacation

It was a beautiful home and the photos did not do it justice. We had some Issues with plumbing that were beyond the owner and property manager’s control but they are still working with us to make it right. At low tide, you can explore in the reef/rocks and at high tide, you can swim without any rocks in your way. We will definitely be staying here again!
