Located in a cul-de-sac, on a plot of 1000m2 not overlooked, the property is fully fenced for the safety of your young children.

The beach is 4km away by the cycle path, in front of the forest, close to the centre, shops and activities (Surfing, Robinson Park, Aquatic Landes, Zoo, Skate-park, Pump-track, Thalasso Dunéo)
Half an hour from Spain and the Basque hinterland.

Inside, we accommodate 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets. Large fitted kitchen open to the living room and terrace.
Outside, swimming pool with large terrace and solarium, summer kitchen with BBQ, table tennis, basketball backboard.
