You are only 7 minutes walk away from the convention centre and few steps away from shops & restaurants. The building is a bit dated and it does not have a lift.



The apartment is nested on the fourth and last floor. It has been fully renovated with taste. The pale tones give a peaceful atmosphere to the place.



The main room has a sofa bed and a well equipped open kitchen.



The bedroom features a double bed.



You will also find an alcove in the living-room with a single bed.



The bathrooms has a shower. For more comfort, toilets are separated.



To be noted : the AC is only in the main bedrom and living room.



In spite of its four floors without lift, this is a lovely apartment with a good bargain for money. You will appreciate its fine renovation and its location close to the convention centre.
