Hayda - Charmant appartement proche plage et congrès

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cannes, this charming air-conditioned flat with a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A 9 m² balcony with a triple exposure (South, East and North), not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Cannes is a seaside town on the Côte d'Azur which is full of both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence. If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Vieux Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops are around every corner.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the flat's outside car park (1 vehicle).

Hayda "Coming into the apartment we were pleasantly surprised that it was as bright and comfy as in the pictures. The balcony is great for having breakfasts in the morning in the sun! Both bedrooms were clean, one smaller than the other. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 10 day stay (pans, pots, cooking utensils, knifes, ...) and the washing machine and dishwasher worked without a problem. We had a parking spot in the fenced compound."

Air-conditioning was excellent and the Smart TV allows login to Netflix etc. The parking space is just about sufficient for a mid-size car but could be too tight for a large SUV or S-class type car. It may useful to know that the flat is not immediately near many restaurants so a ten minute walk downhill into town is required. Highly recommended."

Hayda The flat was very clean, tidy and spacious, with a great balcony. It’s quiet and you can easily walk to the centre. We were able to park our car there during our stay. However we already had problems with the management when we arrived. We knew we couldn't check in until later, which was fine but we wanted to know if we could already park the car. At first I was unable to reach anyone for over an hour. When we reached someone, no one could tell us where the parking was and if it’s possible to park. After several calls, we were told we could choose any parking spot. Turns out we couldn’t. An extremely angry neighbor told us that we aren’t allowed to park there. Also there was no wifi whatsoever and after several calls, messages asking for the wifi name and password, they just told us they don’t have it. We were dependent on it because we had to work, but no one helped us and no one made any effort. Now I’m being harassed by an unknown number because apparently someone changed the wifi.

Hayda "Great stay in a quiet location in Cannes 🙂 The apartment is spacious, well equipped and furnished. Beds are comfortable. Balconies on both sides with nice views and place to sit and chill. The kitchen has everything you need. They had complimentary coffee capsules, tea and cookies waiting for us which was really nice. The internet is super fast and reliable (even though the password is extremely long and tedious to enter but you only do it once for each device). Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper. A great choice in Cannes! 🙁 It's not really far from the center and the beach but not super close either, about 15-20 minutes walk to the Palais and various restaurants (but we knew this in advance). It's up on a hill, if you have a problem with that, but most of Cannes is hilly after all. Check in was OK but the staff asked us to pick up the key from their office. It's not too bad but did take some extra walking with our luggage. I think the toilet has a vent but it's not working. That might be a problem sometimes... The apartment was generally really clean and well kept, the only issue was a few small cockroaches that we found walking around - probably a good idea to take care of that."

Hayda "Mon frère et moi avons peu dormi à cause de la mauvaise insonorisation la nuit : bruit d'ascenseur, voisins... Il faut avoir le sommeil trés lourd. Je me permet donc de mettre 2 étoiles car nous avions demandé avant meme de réserver si le logement était calme. C'était notre unique critère. Dommage car le reste est nickel et l'agence garde les bagages en cas de besoin.."
