Great location needs TLC Refresh
The house has great potential if the upkeep was maintained and a few enhancements made . The house was very clean. Unfortunately, some of the kitchen cabinets were in need of repair, outdoor deck needs painting/sanding, some window screens missing upstairs and the family room ceiling fan has only one speed.
The pics on the site are not current, pool area does not have umbrellas , pool water level issue needs to be addressed, limited out door seating for guests, there was no outdoor furniture on front veranda, pics of rooms do not show window air conditioners( located at headboard in master and upstairs bedroom, kitchen, very noisy). Pool chemicals stored under bar table in back yard and should be moved to a more safe and secured location. The pool filter is also located next to the master bedroom, adding to the noise level day and night. The Wi-Fi information provided at check-in through the VRBO site not current.
The location is perfect to enjoy the many outdoor attractions from Lake George to Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Lake Tupper and more.
