We had a great trip, the condo was as described and there was a good beach view. Some of the furniture needed a deep clean or replaced but overall it was a great condo!

This is a remarkable condo. Benji is a wonderful host and makes the process and communication easy. My family and I were a little put out by the King and Prince though. One of the reasons we LOVE this condo is for the location to the main pool side entrance. The King and Prince, in their effort to keep out the random drifter, has put two extra large boxes where the side entrance was now forcing people to use the hotel's main lobby as an entrance (or the little side door beside the main entrance). It is a hassle coming in from the beach or coming from the south condos. In my opinion, I did not see many upgrades from the new owners. They've only made a once convenient tourist location very inconvenient and burdensome. It makes one wonder if they're trying to force out the condo owners/guests.

This condo is perfectly located for access to the beach and pool at King and Prince. Perfect for our family vacation! We have stayed at various King & Prince villas over the years and this one was one of my favorites. Check in/checkout was seamless and host communication was great!

This is our 3 time staying here, nothing compares to this place and the convenience! I wish we could come back but the price keeping jumping up dramatically, that’s the only negative I would say;)

Great villa for our wedding weekend

This was the perfect villa for a bride and her bridesmaids for a wedding weekend at the King & Prince. Great coastal furnishings and plenty of space, pretty ocean view and loved the first floor location!

beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! Weve stayed there before and loved the new L- shaped sofa. However I do think the cleaning crew does a minimal job and new towels and more towels very much needed. That said, we hope to stay there again next year. It was a great place.
