Patio (56 m2), pergola, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. 300 m footpath (60 steps) to the house. Single garage at 250 m, public parking 300 m on the road extra. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Locarno" 10.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Gut ausgestattet, etw in Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, besonders in der Küche, wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ansonsten ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen & könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist nicht ausgewogen. Der Ausblick ist super. Die Matrazen & Kopfkissen waren von eher niedriger Qualität, was wir leider deutlich gespürt haben. Die Zimmer verfügten nur über Vorhänge, so dass es schon früh morgens sehr hell im Zimmer war.

Comfortabele woning op een prachtige plek

Prachtige plek, compleet ingerichte woning en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis en het balkon over het meer is prachtig. De kamers zijn ruim voldoende voor 6 personen. De buurt is erg rustig. Brissago is op zich wat minder interessant, maar Cannobio is erg gezellig. De kabelbaan bij Locarno is de moeite waard, maar zorg wel dat je een Ticino kaart hebt, dan is het nog een beetje betaalbaar. Verder is er voldoende te doen in de omgeving.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Aussicht

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus an leicht erhöhter Lage in Brissago. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr sauber. Einzelgarage auch vorhanden, 58 Treppenstufen vom Haus entfernt.

Ferienhaus mit wunderschönen Aussicht

schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht, grosszügig für 4 Personen, sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Infrastruktur von Brissago kann in ca. 10 Min. Fussmarsch erreicht werden. Es gibt 60 Treppenstufen zur Unterkunft, aber auch eine kleine Strasse, die für Gehbehinderte empfehlenswert ist. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Leider hatte es in allen Bädern viele Ameisen. Dem sollte die Vermieterin entgegenwirken.

Mooi huis

Mooi luxueus huis alles aanwezig schitterend uitzicht. Alleen vreemd dat we de auto niet in de beloofde garage konden neerzetten. Volgens beschrijving zou het nummer 28 moeten zijn dat was niet zo dat moet 26 zijn. Lang moeten zoeken voordat we het huis gevonden hadden.

Phantastisches Panorama

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr großzügig geschnitten, dies gilt auch für die Schlafzimmer. Die großen Panoramafenster bieten Ausblicke auf den See in alle Richtungen. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Fereinhaus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Stellina del Sole hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und das Kücheninventar lässt auch für 5 Personen keine Wünsche offen. Die phantastische Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore konnten wir von allen Zimmern, dem Balkon und dem Wintergarten aus geniessen. Obwohl das Wetter eher durchwachsen war, haben wir uns im grosszügigen Haus nicht eingeengt gefühlt, da die Zimmer genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten boten. Auch die Nähe zu Italien hat uns sehr gefallen, so dass wir neben dem Tessiner auch ein wenig in das italienische Lebensgefühl eintauchen konnten. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder einmal hier Ferien zu machen.
