Please hang all wet towels when you vacate the condo. Please turn off the lights, close the blinds, and curtains. Set up the thermostat to 80°F.
When you enter the complex and the condo, shake off or rinse off the sand at the beach entrance. There is an outdoor shower/spout.
Lock all windows and doors, and leave the blue key inside the condo and the condo key in the lockbox. A lost key or parking permit is a $100 fee.

We loved everything about this property. My only complaint is it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to bring beach chairs. The location to the ocean was great as well as the pool. This property is centrally located to many things. Will come back!! No

Got there late and was easy with the welcome email, we had everything at are finger tips. we had the best weather and the Rocket launch was epic on beach just a few hundred feet away.

It was great for our needs, a few things could be addressed. I would try to stay here again.

We have family in Cocoa, it was great to visit with them, not interfer with their life. Have a space for us to stay and relax too. Enjoyed the trip a lot. Weather was not our friend. We would book a stay here again. Have family members that booked with Vrbo in different location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach was very close & the heated pool was just a short walk. The condo was very clean & had all the amenities you needed. The only negative was the a/c was set at 75 and was a little warm at night. Aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pat & Russ Petrin

The only complaint we have is the sheets are old and pilly, the screen door needs adjusting as it slams really hard. Cheap toilet paper with only one extra roll. There wasn’t any extra garbage bags. One bag isn’t enough if people are staying longer than a week. There was a few beach towels and beach stuff.bring your own laundry detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags!

Great stay. Property is not beach front but has direct beach access and is very close to the beach 9/10. Welcome email said 2 keys but we only got 1 key. Pool is a little walk but wonderful- 10/10. Direct upstairs neighbor will watch you and take notes. He actually sits in a chair, pushed back, so you can't see him. He specializes in Sundays so he can see who comes and goes. Kind of creepy at first but then you realize he lives there and have to respect that he's looking out for his home. It's endearing. Bed is decent for the stay. Not home, but good. 1 bathroom and drain is iffy but not bad. Definitely recommend. Plus the property manager, Julia, was super easy to talk to

Our stay was wonderful. The unit had everything we could possibly need. I thought we had an ocean view but just a very quick walk to the beach. The city was awesome as well. Will be back to cocoa beach
