AND ONE HALF BLOCK FROM ANDERSON RD (MAJOR ARTERY TO UCD) 10-15 MINUTE BIKE RIDE. UNITRANS BUS STOP IS ONE BLOCK AWAY AND FOR AN ADDED CONVENIENCE WE OFFER A BICYCLE FOR YOUR USE.
THE HOME HAS A FULL KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY ROOM, AND LOVLEY BACK YARD ALL AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE. THE BEDROOM HAS A FULL BED,DESK, AND SMART TV .

Comfortable room for a great price

Great location for access to the Greenbelt. Grocery store/gas station within a mile. Short distance to campus and downtown. Hosts are very accomodating!

Nice quiet space

The house is a bit echoey, but the other residents were very considerate and kept their noise down. Neighborhood is very nice.
