This place is amazing, the views are unbeatable, and the property manager was extremely communicative. 4 of us stayed (husband, wife, 1yr old baby, and grandmother) and we were all comfortable. Will be counting down the days until we get to come back.

Compared to other hotel properties at wailea, wailea Elua is unsurpassed. Low profile, beautiful beach not filled with hotel lounges, open space to the ocean. Truly a unique property in an area that has filled every square inch with cabanas, bars, blocked off areas.

Elua 1308 is an amazing property, great view of the ocean and beach and easy access to amenities. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! The condo was so nicely furnished, and in a perfect location. The owner was very easy to work with, and keeps a closet stocked with all the things you need to enjoy the beach. Can’t wait to return!

This is the nicest place I have stayed on Maui. The location is fantastic and the unit is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Well worth the money and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay here again! The unit, complex, and grounds were immaculate and the view cannot be beat. The unit is well-stocked with everything we needed and plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys/activities. Our family of 4 loved every minute of our stay.

Gorgeous location

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Can’t beat the ocean front view with people watching and gorgeous Maui sunsets. Beach out front is great for little and big kids alike. Well stocked toys and an attentive property manager. Can’t wait to come back.

We just got back from this two-bedroom corner unit at Elua Village right on the ocean here, and it was fantastic from start to finish. A lot of places on the islands market themselves as “oceanfront” when they’re really a few buildings back or across a road — this one is not that. This corner unit is legitimately, directly on the ocean, and you feel it immediately: the views and the trade winds coming through were incredible.The condo itself was modern, spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to cook when we didn’t feel like going out.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: the beach is literally steps away, and both pools and the pickleball courts are right there too. Restaurants and golf courses are all within walking or a short driving distance, so we never felt like we needed to plan much — everything we wanted was close.What really stood out was the grounds and maintenance staff. They are meticulous and clearly care for this beautiful property. We happened to be there on the fringes of a hurricane that passed through, and watching them jump into action to prep the facility ahead of it — while keeping the grounds immaculate the whole time — said a lot about how well this place is cared for. On top of that, the team that manages the condo itself made the whole booking and stay completely seamless.We loved every bit of this trip — so much that we’re already tempted to book it again. Fair warning: you might want to grab your dates before we do.

What a spectacular condo in Maui. My family has been coming to this stretch of beach in Maui for decades and this is hands down the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. The view, the amenities, the proximity to the beach and pool. It was an amazing trip.

Comfortable Enjoyable Stay

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Elua #1308. This time of the year is my favorite on Maui and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with a Keurig and coffee maker and there is a storage closet with everything you need for the beach! This condo is one of the best at Elua as it’s front and center facing the beach with spectacular view. We would definitely stay here again!
