Superb air-conditioned house for 6 people with mooring
The house consists of a beautiful living room with open and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the west facing terrace overlooking the Church of Port Grimaud and the market square. The mooring has a pontoon against the dock.
A private courtyard exposed East will allow you to lunch in the shade.
On the 1st floor, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, a master bedroom en suite with a shower, separate toilet and a balcony.
Air conditioning is provided in the 3 bedrooms and the living room.
Mooring: 12.50 x 3.40 m with pontoon against dock.
Parking for a vehicle at the car park Residents.
Water Check Cards available for free.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking house.
The linen is included in the rental price.
The departure cleaning is not included in the rental price (see agency conditions).
Tourist tax not included: max. €6.05 per adult per night.
Security deposit taken as a pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival.
