COZY GUEST SUITE ON SEPARATE FLOOR & PRIVATE ENTRANCE

Clean and newly remodeled, we offer a completely private, studio apartment space with a dedicated entrance through the garage. A keypad opens the entrance door to the garage, then a door to a private vestibule to the apartment. Space has a full bath and separate room with a kitchenette which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate, and an air fry convection oven (great for heating pizza and other frozen goodies). The kitchenette is stocked with plates, utensils, and a limited supply of dry goods/ cooking needs. There is ample driveway parking. Come and go as you please, enjoy a quiet, clean, heated/air-conditioned space with room for 4 to sleep (queen bed, futon, and couch). There is free Wi-Fi, and the TV has access to Netflix.

Perfect for a Couple

Property was very clean, quaint, and private. Although we never saw them, John and Kathleen were very accommodating, taking care to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely return next time I need lodging in Asheville.

Nice, private studio

Great stay! The studio is well appointed and completely private, with separate parking and entrance. The owners are very responsive and helpful but not at all obtrusive - they live upstairs but didn't bother me at all. This property was perfect for me and as I have reason to visit family in the area regularly, I will definitely stay here again!

We relocated to Asheville from Northern Arizona in 2019. John is an active Real Estate broker serving Western North Carolina. Our kids are grown, and one lives in the Asheville area and is a touring musician our other son is an EMT in Charlotte. In the summers you may see us in our garden or out in the yard.. We have put a lot of effort into making this space cozy, comfortable, and private. Though you may not see us, feel free to call or text us if you need anything. Have a great stay.

Why they chose this property

We are close to everything Asheville has to offer, Biltmore House, biking, shopping, the arts, and breweries. Just down the road is Cracker Barrel, Applebee’s, and many other restaurants. 10 minutes to the Asheville Factory Outlet stores, 15 minutes to both Downtown and West Asheville restaurants, bars, and breweries, including New Belgium Brewing with 25 minutes to Sierra Nevada brewing and many other of the best breweries in the Southeast. 20 minutes to the famous Biltmore House. 20 minutes to Asheville Airport.
Easy day trips include Hendersonville Wine Country, Boon, NC Pigeon Forge, TN (Dolly World), Gatlinburg, TN
