We had reserved the schoolie, unfortunately, there were plumbing issues and we were moved to the tiny house. The tiny house was quaint, comfy, and still had pretty views. It was not as private as we hoped, but overall was a nice one night stay.
We were contacted by the host due to an issue with the bus being ready, and they conveniently located us to another home on the property which suited us very well. The bus looks like a very fun spot but with our dog with us, the relocation worked out even better. They were very quick to respond to us and made the change very easy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The setting is lovely. Downtown Asheville is about 15 minutes away and so sites, restaurants, etc are quickly accessible but then you are in a beautiful rural setting for your stay. It was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing and perfect for our stay with our pet. He gave it five paws up!
Uncortunately, this property wasn't available due to an issue. However, the host was very forthcoming and honest about everything and sent me to a different property of theirs. I'd leave a review of that one but can't figure out how. But the new accommodations were great and the service I received from the host certaintly warrants a 5 star rating.

It was a good stay, however when we arrived the accommodation was not cleaned or in any condition to stay in. We did not hear from the property manager until over 1.5 hours after checking that we could not stay there. We were eventually moved to a different accommodation, which was a very clean, nice space for us!
Me and my boyfriend were super excited to stay here for a night for a little mini vacation. We were incredibly disappointed by this rental and, unfortunately, since we were only staying one night, most of these issues could not have been resolved in such a short amount of time. - dirty hot tub, cloudy water and lots of pine needles. We specifically asked the hosts if the hot tub would be clean and they said it would be ready when we got there. It was not, so we were unable to use it. This was the whole reason we rented this property. - the AC unit if the back of the bus was broken. It was giving E9/P0 error codes and quit working in the middle of the night. - there was random trash on the property, including old mattresses behind the outdoor shower. - the hosts were hard to reach through the Vrbo app, except for automated messages that were related to their other property. This confused us on what we were responsible for at this property. - different check-in/check-out times. The Vrbo listing claimed 3pm-11am while the automated messages said 4pm-10am. - general dirtiness, white sheets had stains on them, dishes were dirty, the grill was not cleaned. -in the check-out automated message the hosts imply to give them a 5 star rating even if that’s not how you feel, and to text them directly with any issues. This message felt very weird to me. Overall the inside of the bus was very cute and definitely the highlight of the property.

Wonderful location for hiking access and biking trails. We enjoyed the hot tub, unfortunately the outdoor shower was not functional. Be prepared the bus is not insulated and the temp is pretty difficult to control. Side note the front windshield of the bus is not curtained or tinted. Beautiful mountain views and pretty close to the city and attractions!
