vue exceptionnelle pour profiter de la mer

Appartement face à la mer et soleil levant avec une terrasse permettant de prendre ses repas paisiblement, très bien entretenu avec un équipement de qualité tant en vaisselle qu'en mobilier. Tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour. Hors période touristique, pas de problème pour se garer au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons eu une période à 30°c avec des nuits supportables. Une clim ? pas ressenti la nécessité en cette période de juin.

Appartement propre bien équipé (transats de plage etc....)belle petite terrasse. Par contre ne pas louer pendant les fortes chaleur impossible de dormir la nuit pas d'air qui rentre dans l 'appartement pas de climatisation on suffoque juste un petit ventilateur avec le grillage pleins de saletés 😕 Très bonne accueil des filles de l agence guy hoquet.

- La proximité de la plage, - l'état général de l'appartement, - les équipements présents, - l'appartement en lui-même. Très chaud en journée et la nuit, mise en place d'une climatisation ou d'un climatiseur mobile? Propreté de l'appartement, "moutons" sous le lit et sous les meubles.
