Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in Seacrest beach, Blue Tide is perched directly on a private stretch of sugar-white sand, and this spacious retreat offers two expansive balconies with unobstructed views of the emerald Gulf—perfect for soaking in spectacular sunsets and salty breezes.

Step outside and you're on the beach—no crowds, no hassle, just pure relaxation and endless water adventures. Prefer a dip in the pool? It's just steps from your front door. Inside, you'll find generous living spaces designed for comfort, whether you're lounging, dining, or settling in for a restful night's sleep.

To make your beach days even more effortless, we've partnered with a local beach chair service. Each morning, two chairs, a table, and an umbrella will be set up for you right by the water—and taken down each evening. Need more seating? You're welcome to bring additional chairs from our storage closet or request extra rentals directly from the service. They also offer kayak and paddleboard rentals, and can even arrange a magical sunset bonfire upon request.

Beyond the beach, explore the scenic 30A biking and walking trail that connects you to charming coastal towns like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside. We provide two adult bicycles for your use, and we’re happy to help you rent more so you can enjoy the area at your own pace.

Lovely vacation! Home was very clean, had convenient access to the beach, and was stocked full of all the “extras” like shampoo, conditioner, kitchen seasonings, etc. which made it very convenient when we forgot to pack something! Will be back!

Seacrest was a great stay! Location was wonderful and the condo was very comfortable providing a great stay beachfront! Owners were great at providing everything needed for our stay, would highly recommend it.

Beautiful and quiet condo. Well appointed with unbeatable views. We looked at a lot of options and the decision was difficult but we were extremely happy with our choice once we arrived. The beach chair service was amazing. We just rolled down to the beach everyday and Batten (he’s great!) had our chairs and umbrellas ready to go. There were insulated beach cups and a small cooler to take down to the beach as well. The location right on the beach and within a short walking distance from beach to condo was a big selling point. The kids could run back and forth to get floaties and snacks and we could see them the whole time. We brought our own floaties but the condo has a closet full of them. I wouldn’t bother bringing your own. There’s a bike pump by the washing machine, so don’t make the same mistake that I did - use the pump! I didn’t notice it until after I almost passed out from blowing up my daughter’s huge floating flamingo. The location was very safe. We let our 14 year old daughter walk on the beach with a new friend after dusk and we could see them for most of it from the balcony and also felt she was safe.The beds were great in all three rooms- I believe they were Tempur pedic which is what we have at home. We all slept well because of the beds, but also, the place is quiet. We never heard our neighbors. Also, my daughter slept on the third floor and she did not get hot- lots of good airflow.Angie was very responsive whenever I had a question! We will be back.

Wonderful condo

We absolutely loved staying at Bluetide! It was very roomy and the beach view and access was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!!

Perfect family condo

We loved our stay! This is a perfect family condo with everything you need. It is just as described and the owners were wonderful to work with. We love the beach access from the patio, esp with young children, and of course, the beach was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property and location!

I loved this property and location! I booked this house for 8 nights with my wife and 4 children. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s close to the beach, biking path, and resultants. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Walk right out to the beach!

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. The ocean views and easy access are amazing. Loved having an umbrella and chairs ready for us on a price of beach that wasn't packed. I highly recommend!

Family vacation

Truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as represented. Would definitely stay here again. Angie and Chuck are great hosts! One thing worth mentioning is the stairs that access the beach are a lot. Wish there was beach access for elderly and we'd book several units for our family reunion.

Great Get-Away

The property owners have this property set up for a seamless stay. The location is wonderful and right on the beach which is the only way we will stay at the beach. We absolutely loved the private beach and especially the beach service that was provided. This is perfect for those that prefer a little shade. We like to take our own chairs to sit near the water but if you happen to forget yours they provide those too for you to use. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Angie and Chuck for the perfect getaway.

Beach front on 30A! Unique features we loved about this property: Owners are accessible and communicate thoroughly. Thoughtful details like beach toys, laundry detergent, and soap at sinks and showers. Location is unbeatable with included chair service and a slice of beach that is not overcrowded by public access. Beautiful Seacrest unit!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Chuck and Angies in Seacrest. Beautiful and comfortable unit on a quiet stretch of beach. Days filled with endless play in the amazing white sand building castles, chasing waves, searching for seashells and watching for dolphins and jumping rays! Just what we needed for our family of 5 with young children. Thank you so much! What a trip to remember!

Our last vacation of the year!

We chose to stay at Blue Tide because we had a family member getting married at the beach right outside the condo. This condo made accessing the beach so easy and effortless! Any time I had a question I received a quick response from Angie. We felt very welcomed and very comfortable our entire stay. It was a huge plus that this condo was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, from kitchen items to beach gear it was all available to us. 10/10 recommend!

Just Spectacular - 5 Stars

We have been fortunate to stay in some great places up and down the panhandle. Simply put - this is our favorite place to date. The condo is absolutely spectacular. It is roomy and has everything you need - and more. The beach service is convenient - and Frankie and his team are the best. The sound of the waves crashing over and over from the deck is amazing - and the views are truly breathtaking. Angie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made her home our home for the week - and her hospitality - much like her place - is spectacular. We will be back. Thanks again Angie. Fred.

Love this condo complex!!!

This is our 4th vacation stay at Blue Tide condo complex and by far the best place to stay on 30A. We have been coming to 30A area for 22 years and Blue Tide is our pick every time we visit. Our condo stay last week was superb!! We love the layout and the amenities provided. I can't say enough about the beach service. I am so happy that Blue Tide has one beach service company- the owner was so friendly and helpful. He also moved non-condo beachers on down the beach so as not to crowd Blue Tide beach area- that was a first!!! I want to also say the owners are very personable and want all their guests to have the most awesome vacay!! We are so appreciative of them sharing their beach home with us!! Your next visit to 30A needs to be here- tell them Monica sent ya!!!:)))

Gulf, Gulf, and More Gulf!

If you desire a calm, relaxing, beautiful beachfront respite, Blue Tide will be just as perfect for you as it was for us! We loved our stay, and the owners were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Well stocked, anything we needed was there. Super comfortable master bed, too! Location easy and close to everything. As described, there are steps. Absolutely no issue for us, but worth considering if a concern. When strolling the beach from BT, access off of it (to check out the town of Rosemary, Alys Beach, etc for a lunch or beverage spot) and then back on, is a bit tricky, due to most access being “private”. Long distances between public access along this stretch of 30A. Again not a deal breaker for us, but we had not experienced limitations to this extent in our previous beach destination travels elsewhere. We would certainly return here, though.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful time at Blue Tide. The unit was very clean, well decorated, and larger then expected. The views are amazing, we loved leaving the doors opened and listening to the waves. The beach is just a staircase below. You can rental umbrellas and chairs so you dont have to carry down your own. But there are plenty of beach supplies at the unit as well. The furniture was clean and nicely kept. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The shower was large and had good water pressure. The complex is in a nice location. Convenient to lots of restaurants. There are too nice bikes available to use. The pool is small but there was hardly anyone ever in it. We always had it to ourselves when we went down. Angie was wonderful! She was quick to answer all my questions and very accommodating. You can tell that her and her husband truly want you to enjoy your stay at their place. We cant wait till we can make it back for another stay!!

Great place on a quiet stretch of 30A!

We really enjoyed our stay with a family of five, children aged 2-7. The location is ideal with not a lot of density of housing in the surrounding properties making for a quiet stretch of beach. We found the location convenient to amenities, but there is a new Publix grocery store being developed nearby which will make it better yet. Spectacular sunsets. Excellent wild life with dolphins, pelicans, sand pipers, seagulls and even saw a hermit crab one day. The condo was very well supplied and everything in perfect working order. Updated as well. Nothing tired and "beachy" like we've seen in other rentals over the years. The unit also had some very pleasant surprises. Examples: 1) All light switches were labeled, which was so, so helpful. 2) Lots of hooks in the bathrooms. 3) Mostly kid proof without a lot of fragile decor down low. 4) Very well stocked and organized storage closet off the balcony that was packed with beach toys, chairs, fishing rod, boogie boards, etc. 5) Robotic vacuum was a nice touch. We found the beds, pillows, linens, and towels all in good shape and comfortable. That can be such a crapshoot in rental units. You can tell they pay attention to the small details which ends up making a big difference in quality and vibe of the unit. The beach chair service "Other Mama's Beach Service" is excellent. Very friendly, timely each day, and give great recommendations for restaurants and other info, if needed. The day we arrived it was quite windy and the pool had some debris from the landscape, which is bound to happen. The owner was very responsive and the pool was cleaned in less than 24 hours. Pretty impressive service from both owner and the management group. Well done. I think the key question at the end of a stay, and the true test, is asking, "would we stay here again?" which is easy: Absolutely, and without hesitation. This one is a real hidden gem.

Birthday getaway

It was our first time as a family going to 30A and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angie and Chuck were very responsive prior to and during our stay. Check in and out were very easy. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in each bath, plenty of towels as well. Kitchen is very well stocked. All the extras definitely helped simplify packing. We will absolutely being staying again!
