Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), small garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 800 m. Golf course 4 km. Maison agréable

Maison loué pour 9 jours pas de problème particulier , bien équipé excepté pour la télévision pas d’écran plat! un vieux tv et choix des chaînes relativement restreint , 1 seule chaîne française ! Le mobilier bien excepté les canapés mais qui restent confortable malgré tout! Après il y a les moustiques et les fourmis donc prévoir bombes aérosols :-) Belle piscine , terrasse agréable, Bel endroit que j’ai apprécié.

Très bonne gestion de la remise des clés un dimanche! Maison qui est très pratique et qui accueille les animaux ! Satisfait de notre séjour !

Das Haus ist im grossen und ganzen Okay. In den oberen Zimmer gibt es keinen einzigen Ventilator und dort oben ist es gerade für Kinder extrem heiss. Am Pool gibt es einen einzigen Sockel für einen Schirm. Der ganze Bereich hat aber keinerlei Schatten. Das W-Lan war auf einmal komplett weg. Als wir bei Interhome angerufen hatten konnte keiner Deutsch. Die Internet Gesellschaft hat uns dan angerufen und konnte kein Deutsch und wir kein Spanisch oder Englisch. Alles in allem sehr mühsam!

Das Haus an sich wäre nicht schlecht, leider ist es nicht gepflegt. Lieblos und unvollständig ausgestattet. Es gab keine richtigen Sonnenschirme oder Schirmständer, kein Auflagen für die Liegen. Keinen Grill den man benutzen kann. Das Geschirr ist wild zusammengewürfelt gewesen. Z.B, Keine drei gleichen Gläser, Teller aus Glas die uralt sind usw. Wir waren schön einige male in Miami Platja und hatten Ferienhäuser gebucht aber so etwas hatten wir noch nicht erlebt. Schade eigentlich, aus diesem Haus liesse sich wirklich etwas machen, wenn man nur wollte.

Ubicación inmejorable

Genial ubicación, piscina fabulosa. El estado de la propiedad es aceptable en general pero necesita mejoras: falta menaje y pequeño electrodoméstico, el televisor es muy antiguo, las puertas no cierran bien, algunas persianas no funcionan correctamente, la conexión a internet no es buena y la barbacoa debería ser renovada. Estos dos últimos puntos para nosotros eran muy importantes y condicionarían el volver a alquilarla. Con una inversión mínima y una limpieza a fondo, la casa sería perfecta.

Très jolie villa, bien située

Jolie Villa, avec une sublime piscine entretenue 2Xsemaine. Photos conformes. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Situation idéale, au calme dans un quartier chic, non loin de la mer et du centre ville. La cuisine est d’époque (Barbecue, TV anciens, vaisselle dépareillée ...) Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, l’agence Interhome est réactive (prob de chasse d’eau réglée dans la matinée). Je vous conseil de vous rendre à l’office du tourisme, car il y a plein d’activités aux alentours!

Kein internet !!!

İm allgemein war es gut. Leider hatten wir fast kein İnternet was sehr schade war und die Küchenfenster vom Nachbar war vor unserem Pool das uns sehr gestört hat, man hat sich beobachtet gefühl.
