HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PARKING
1. Each unit has a designated parking spot in front of the building, marked with the unit number painted on the ground. Please ensure you park in the designated spot that corresponds to the unit you are staying in.
2. Two cars are allowed per house. If there is more than one vehicle, the additional vehicle(s) must park in non-assigned parking spots, which do not have unit numbers painted on the ground.
3. Trailers and mobile homes are not allowed.
4. Vehicles that do not follow these rules will be towed at the owner's expense.

CLUBHOUSE
5. The clubhouse is a private property, to have access to the clubhouse amenities, there ́s a resort fee of $100/day. Payment can be done to the front desk located at the clubhouse.
6. Amenities are: gym, kids playroom, pool, hot tub, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
7. The amenities can be accessed during the clubhouse operation hours (from 8am to 10pm).

TRASH
8. Trash is collected daily between 1pm and 2h30pm
9. Each unit has a trash can outside the front door.
10. Please use quality 12–13 gallon tall kitchen trash bags, ensuring that all trash is properly bagged before being disposed of in the trash bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit overnight. If you have trash, please dispose of it at the compactor.

GENERAL RULES
11. Service dogs are allowed with a valid certificate, which must be presented at the resort gate or at the clubhouse reception upon arrival.
12. All deliveries must be sent directly to the house, as the clubhouse is not responsible for receiving or holding packages. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to enter the community and complete deliveries. However, the U.S. Post Office (regular mail) is not permitted to deliver inside the community. Please make sure any deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered outside of your reservation dates or for any items that may go missing after delivery.
