Belle amélioration de la villa : un ouveau mobilier de jardin de qualité , la climatisation et toujours un magnifique jardin. Problème d' ouverture de porte automatique de garage non résolu... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l' année prochaine.

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable et quartier très clame. Une grande piscine bien entretenue 2 fois par semaine. Elle a été rénovée entièrement pour y mettre des marches donc il faudrait mettre des photos plus récentes. Le jardin est tres beau avec des palmiers et des fleurs. Le service interhome tjrs au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Villa propre, belle piscine rénovée avec marches , magnifique jardin. Mais dommage mobilier extérieur de très bas de gamme... et absence totale de coussins et de matelas ! Excellent séjour malgré tout.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été assez satisfaite de la villa Le seul bémol c'est le manque d'air conditionné Un seul ventilateur n'est pas suffisant durant les fortes chaleurs Cuisine fonctionnel et bien équipée dans l'ensemble Piscine superbe et bien entretenue J'y retournerais à condition qu'il y ai l'ai conditionné

Maison très agréable au calme.Par contre obligation de voiture pour plage ou commerces.Ne convient pas à de jeunes enfants car échelle dans piscine et attention aux agaves pouvant être très dangereuses pour enfants!!

La maison et ses extérieures sont très agréables, dans le très beau quartier de Balcon Al Mar. La piscine de 5m x 10m est idéale et à l'abri des regards. La maison en elle même est spacieuse et correctement équipée. Les matelas sont de plutôt bonne qualité (même si on peut déplorer que les 2 matelas du lit parental ne soient pas à la même hauteur). La cuisine, bien que petite est hyper fonctionnelle, rien ne manque (il y a même une cocotte minute) si ce n'est peut être une sauteuse. Bémol sur la qualité de froid du réfrigérateur, qui a beaucoup peiné pendant notre séjour (rarement en dessous de 10° ce qui est nettement insuffisant pour conserver les aliments dans de bonnes conditions, nous avons d'ailleurs perdu plusieurs denrées) Pour les chambres, nous savions la maison non climatisée, mais il n'y a même pas de ventilateurs !! Obligés d'en acheter pour tenter de rafraichir la chambre la nuit car la notre n'avait qu'une fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse/veranda, donc pas vraiment d'air, même en tentant de créer des courants d'air et en laissant la porte de la pièce ouverte .... intimité ... Pour finir, un peu déçus de ne pas avoir trouvé de coussins pour les transats au bord de la pisicine, là encore un achat non prévu et qui ne sera pas forcément utile par la suite ... A noter d'ailleurs, que les transats semblent montrer quelques signes de vieillissement.
