Private: garden 780 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, natural garden 780 m2, swimming pool with privacy (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Mas y Mas carretera del Pla" 1.9 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km. Sehr entspannt

Wir kannten das Haus schon von vor ca 11 Jahren. Wir waren damals nicht so zufrieden. Viele Kleinigkeiten "passten nicht". Trotzdem entschieden wir uns, dem Haus noch mal eine Chance zu geben. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es fehlte an nix. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sauberer und schöner Garten, schöne Fernsicht, eigener Parkplatz mit Carport usw.

Es una casa excepcional, muy tranquila y vistas maravillosas, de hecho es el segundo año que la cojo, lo único que el menaje es un poco escaso y no tiene ningún mantel para proteger la mesa. Por lo demás una estancia muy agradable.

La vue est imprenable, le terrain est d'une grande superficie et bien entretenu , la piscine au top. L'intérieur de la maison mériterait qq petits travaux et pour la cuisine, qq ustensiles supplémentaires.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, la cuisine est grande et très agréable, il est très facile de se garer dans la coure, les chambres sont agréables… Seuls bémols, seule la suite parentale est climatisée, les autres chambres ne disposent que d’un ventilateur et internet ne fonctionne que dans la pièce à vivre, on ne capte pas dans les chambres.

Ferienhaus Sara

Ein in die Jahre gekommener schöner Bungalow. Allerdings sind Badeinrichtungen (Spiegelschrank und Dusche), Matrazen, Beleuchtung, Küchenequipment, Wohnzimmer Loungestuhl ohne Polster, nicht wirklich perfekt und müssten mal auf neuen Stand gebracht werden, auch gerne teilweise renoviert. Aussicht ist OK

Vacaciones perfectas

La casa tiene un jardín enorme y un entorno y vistas preciosas. Lo único peor que tiene, es que es muy escaso el menaje de cocina, vasos, tazas de desayuno, etc. Repetiría el año que viene. Gracias.

Ideal para desconectar y disfrutar

Lugar muy tranquilo, con maravillosas vistas a Javea, al mar y a la montaña. Casa muy bien equipada. Piscina estupenda y libre de vista por terceros. Ideal desyunar y comer en su terraza y poder disfrutar de su cuidado y amplio jardín. Hemos podido llevar a nuestro perro. El personal de Interhome muy amable y correcto. Todo en conjunto permitió que pudiésemos disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones en un entorno muy agradable.

Schönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Einmal mehr haben wir unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus Sara genossen. Das Haus ist nicht sehr weit entfernt vom Arenal und trotzdem abgeschieden und ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und das Haus mit Umschwung sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten das Hauptkreterium, beheizter Pool, wurde uns so Angeboten. Vor Ort leider nicht mehr, mit vier Kinder und eiskalter Pool. Konnte so leider nicht genutzt werden. Haus und Grundstück sehr schön. Waschküche leider Wände und Decke alles verschimmelt. Zweite Tor / einfahrt konnte nicht verschlossen werden.

Cosas que mejorar...

La casa bastante bien, pero con mejoras necesarias en el servicio prestado por Interhome; llamamos para dar "Parte" de algunas deficiencias: .- puerta de entrada no abre (necesario dar vuelta y entrar por puerta piscina) .- persiana baño ppal rota, no sube .- sombrilla rota .- bastantes bombillas fundidas en exterior .- un juego de llaves, sin mando garaje (en hoja se indicaba: 3 Juegos y mando a distancia) se fue presencial a la oficina. en toda la semana no fue nadie a reparar nada

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry for the incoveniences you faced. Our service centre is open 24/7 in the case that you are unable to reach local staff. The front door has been fixed, along with the bathroom blind, and lightbulbs replaced. The umbrella has been removed.

Magnifique maison

Magnifique et confortable maison, bien entretenue aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'a l'extérieur. Très au calme et avec un superbe vue sur Javea. Seul point négatif, le grill portable (petit) pourrait être remplacé, tombe en ruine.

tres belle maison, tres belle vue

c'est une tres agreable maison, tres bien située (la vue !). l'equipement est tres bien, à l'exception du materiel de cuisine (couverts ...) plutot sommaire. de meme la literie de la 3eme chambre est "limite". cote interhome, il manque un "mode d'emploi de la maison, le remplacement des ampoules hors service, et la fourniture d'une telecommande pour le portail "automatique". cela restr une tres belle et agreable demeure.

Logement en amont de javea avec une jolie vue sur mer Le logement est fonctionnel mais je remarque qu il se détériore d année en année : moins de vaisselle,marches dans la piscine avec des carreaux cassés qui peuvent etre dangereux, la piscine n est pas vraiment a l abris des regards comme indiqué dans le descriptif C est la deuxième année que les lits ne sont pas fait et pas de serviettes a notre arrivée mais heureusement que l équipe d interhome réagit rapidement et efficacement
