Charming, one story, newly remodeled cabin with 80 feet of lakeshore on Forest Lake in a beautiful setting. Forest Lake is a 2,220 acre lake only 30 minutes from the Twin Cities. Great fishing, boating and many other recreational actives. There are multiple boat launches on the lake and a dock available right at the property for you to bring your own boat/jetski/pontoon, etc. Enjoy boating to restaurants (Vanelli's By the Lake, Rancho Loco Grill & Bar) or even boat up to Frank N Patty's who offer meals right on the water. Sit at the bonfire pit and watch the sunset over the lake.

Updated kitchen and fully furnished cabin with everything you need to enjoy your time away and vacation all year round.

The kitchen was awesome. The cabin was perfect set up loved the two showers. Outdoor area flat easy to get around loved the view. The only negative would be the windows & exterior of the house could be spruced up. I would rent again!

Another wonderful visit

We stayed here two years ago and loved it so we came back for a longer stay. A perfect little place on a nice spot on the lake. Comfortable, well equipped, and nice and quiet. The grandkids loved catching sunfish off the dock. Highly recommend this place.

Great weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this updated cabin on Forest Lake! Have three separate bedrooms and two updated bathrooms was appreciated by our crew. We were outside the majority of the days enjoying the lake, hard and views. The porch area was perfect for watching a late night storm. There was ample parking for our vehicles as well. The cabin was very clean and the neighbors were friendly. Great memories made!

Girls Weekend

This is the perfect place for a girls weekend! We are a group of 6(mostly retired) women. The location was great for shopping. Close to Stillwater, Taylors Falls, St Croix Falls. The cabin is very nicely updated. Nice bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. We would stay here again.

Wonderful June Stay on the Lake!

EVERYTHING about our stay was wonderful! The house was impeccable and had all the comforts of home. From the well-stocked kitchen to lovely views to the comfy beds, we were able to make meals, rest, relax, have fun, and sleep so well throughout our graduation celebrations and family-time together. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind in working with us in planning our trip and making sure our stay was as good as it could be - and it couldn't have been better. Gorgeous view, quiet neighborhood

The cabin had everything we needed and more. We spent plenty of time in the 3 season porch playing games with a lake view. The kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil we needed. We brought our boat up with us. The kids loved the sandbar just around the bend of weeds to the east and we docked at the public dock daily to get ice cream. The water is pretty low by the dock (maybe 2 ft) and it's mucky, but it's perfect for fishing for sunfish. We would definitely come back, such a great week!

Nice place

Overall we had a very good experience at this property. The interior space worked well for our group, especially the large common areas and two bathrooms. We brought our boat and appreciated having a place to dock it. There's a floodlight that stays on all night outside of one of the bedroom windows, so we found the portable blackout curtains that we had brought helpful. Unfortunately, the lake is quite weedy right now, which was a bummer, but obviously not in the owner's control.
