Les : maison spacieuse, confortable et la literie excellente ! La piscine est appréciable Les - : sur l’annonce on nous annonce un bain à remous ? Pas compris on s’est demandé où il était … il est également indiqué piscine privée or il devrait y avoir marqué piscine privative partagée avec les autres maisons de la résidence ! Enfin, piscine non recouverte la nuit donc elle est très froide ce qui est dommage. Nous n’avons pas été accueilli pour la remise des clés, nous ne savions pas comment faire pour la poubelle avec le badge etc.Dommage car nous avions un bon contact au départ avec la personne mais celle qui gère les arrivées/départs est absente Nous avons malgré tout passé de bonnes vacances dans cette résidence au calme. Quelques ajustements sont à prévoir sur l’annonce et recouvrir la piscine la nuit, et ce sera véritablement parfait !

Location agréable. Par contre, l'agence immobilière sur place qui était en charge de la location n'est jamais venue au logement que ce soit à l'arrivée ou pour le départ afin de faire un état des lieux. 3 transats autour de la piscine pour l'ensemble de la résidence (9 logements au total), c'est un peu juste.

Petite maison agréable

Petite maison située dans une résidence avec piscine. Cadre sympathique et proximité des commerces. Maison possédant 2 petites courettes, logement bien aménagée et équipé . Soucis de propreté du logement lors de notre arrivée sur les lieux dommage que l'agence s'en occupant ne l'ai pas vu lors de l'état des lieux puisqu'elle nn'était pas là
