Small residence "Les Asters", 5 storeys. In the district of Fontanettes 800 m from the centre of La Croisette, in a quiet position, 200 m from the skiing area. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road. Grocery, shopping centre 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Arrêt Les Fontanettes" 500 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 200 m, slopes, ski rental 50 m, ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 3 Vallées. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (70 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Building B4, directly on the ski runs. Apartment on entrance level. Matig onderhouden appartement, bv niet eens een haakje om de douche op te hangen, stopcontacten werkten niet, geen magenetron, koffieapparaat in slechte staat (omgeruild). Wel direct aan de piste, en vrij goedkoop.

Verouderd appartement en voorzieningen, niet echt proper. Ligging daarentegen is ideaal, in een rustige buurt.
