About this property

This adorable home has been completely remodeled since Hurricane Ian. It is perfectly situated mid-island, 1 block from the beach, and has stunning views of the canal! Though the island is still working its way back, you can still enjoy the sunshine on our beautiful white sand beaches, hang out on the patio, or venture out to visit the restaurants and bars that have worked so hard to rebuild.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the den acts as a 3rd bedroom, making it easy to sleep 8 guests). Plenty of parking available!

House near beach

Excellent house for those that would like to walk the beach….Literally about a block away. This is a quiet little neighborhood. There are small houses, nestled amongst mansions on this island. As you drive around, you will see still the Ramas of the storm Ian. This three bedroom house is clean and has all the amenities you need.

Love this house!

Awesome house!! Great location ( very short walk to beach), great back yard…they had everything we needed. Owners were super nice! We would definitely go back again
