Harbor View Lakehouse

The entire house is yours. Right on the lake. Situated on a family owned marina on West Lakeshore Drive a popular boating community. Amazing sunrises, breathtaking views of Mount Mansfield. Parking for 2 vehicles. Patio with a flat top grill. Cozy stylish 2 story lake house, updated with new furniture, furnishings, kitchenware, spices, Queen size King Coil Mattresses, queen sofa bed, electric fireplace, plenty to do on the lake and locally. Burlington bike path starts about 1/4 mile from house and the bike ferry is also accessible. Pets are on a pre-approval basis. There is a pet fee and pet rules. With enough notice for an additional fee we can sometimes accommodate you with space for your boat either on a mooring or on the dock.

While the property is on a moderately busy road, you don't care once you enter the house. You immediately gasp at the very large window fronting the bay, and you are a million miles away! Clean, comfortable, with bedrooms, two baths, and generous living space, good for two couples or two friends traveling, as bedrooms are on separate floors. Good communication, helpful hosts. Was a pleasure to stay here.

This property has an amazing view. sits right on the water over looking the boats. Would stay again. brand new adirondack chairs by water which is a nice touch. outdoor blackstone to use.

Lovely place and a perfect size for our family of four and dogs. The view from this house is spectacular that we wished we came in the summer but, for a nice family getaway it was a gem. Stephanie was amazing she was great at communicating with us and let us stay an extra night since a snowstorm was incoming the day we were going to leave. Can not recommend this place enough.

Everything was top notch! Super clean and well appointed with a spectacular view over Mallets Bay, this was a wonderful place to have as a home base while exploring the area. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The spiral staircase down to the lower level bedroom may be a challenge for those with limited mobility but we had no problems with it. The bedroom on the main floor is easily accessed. WiFi and television worked perfectly, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds were fresh and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Cute stay close to Burlington

Very cute and clean stay outside of downtown Burlington. The beds were both very comfortable, and we appreciated the provided amenities. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Burlington and 40th minutes to Waterbury (Ben and Jerry’s). I would stay here again and hope to bring my pup next time!

Great Views and Biking

We enjoyed everything about our stay including the views, kayaking, full kitchen, and excellent access to bike paths to downtown Burlington and South Hero Island. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and the unit was exactly as described in the listing. We would certainly stay here again.

We purchased this property from a dear friend who owned it for 30+ years. An older man who was retiring from the Dock business and ready to give us the opportunity to expand and to love these buildings and marina up!
