The home is beautiful but our main reason for the stay was the hot tub. You have to manually turn it on and it takes three hours to heat. The system automatically shuts off every two hours so keeping it warm for our 2 nights was very difficult. The clock on the wall in the main bedroom is loud. I would recommend one that does not tick tock.

Beautiful house in a breathtaking setting in Sedona. The house sits back off of a side road with the red rocks as a backdrop in the backyard. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were here in January but would love to come back when it is warmer to take advantage of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

We have stayed in many properties over the years, and this was hands down the best rental ever! The views are amazing, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in after hikes, and the house had everything that we needed! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the location of the house was perfect as the grocery store is right around the corner and it is close to Uptown and the various trails/trips we had planned! If we ever make it back to Sedona this will most certainly be our first choice as no need to look for another place as this is the perfect property!

The ideal lodging to experience Sedona.

The house was awesome. We spent our mornings and early afternoons hiking and sight seeing with our kids, who had never been out west. We would come back to the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub. In the background we admired the red rock mountains and relaxed. The house was clean and easy to maintain. We loved the decor and furnishings. The abundance of windows on the back side of the house, invited us to the most beautiful sunrises. Check in was super easy. This was an excellent choice VRBO to fully experience Sedona. It was a vacation we will never forget and would highly recommend.

This was our first time in Sedona and we absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful and the outdoor area was amazing! We enjoyed laying by the pool and when we needed shade, the covered seating area was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening in the spa. The location is amazing, it was hard to leave! We will definitely come back to this house!

This is a beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We only used the indoors for cooking and sleeping because the outdoors is a spa. The views are amazing. Location was convenient for all activities. Would love to stay here longer next time. Only difficulty was killing time after a long flight and 2 hr drive waiting for the strict check in time of 4 pm. Called to request getting in a 1/2 hour early and was denied. Clearly stated on reservation that there is a strict check in/out policy.

Wow, what a perfect house. Very comfortable and beautiful house. Obviously the outdoor area is where we spent the bulk of our time enjoying the pool, spa, outdoor living space, and the views. Enjoyed morning coffee by the fire while watching the hot air balloons come over the red rocks each morning. Quick drive into town to shop and eat. Whole Foods not far to stock up on groceries. We did some of the more popular Sedona hikes, but honestly our favorite were the trails at the back of the neighborhood. Much less traffic and the views there were spectacular.

The house is amazing. Fully equipped. Clean and organized. The yard is the highlight. The views are just breathtaking. The pool and hot tub were the perfect piece for kids and adults to relax post activities. The fireplace and tv made it possible to cozy up and enjoy the view. There was an issue with the outdoor fireplace, which was fixed within a day. So responsive and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this group again.
