Nettes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage

einfaches nettes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt, Geschäfte in Fußgängernähe, auch Royan fußläufig über die wunderschöne Strand-/Uferpromenade erreichbar. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach La Rochelle, Ile d'Oléron, etc.

Freundlich, zuverlässig, unkompliziert

Wir wohnten in einer absolut guten Lage, denn Strand, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüsestand, sowie Supermarkt und Tankstelle waren selbst zu Fuß schnell (ca. 10min) gut erreichbar. Auch in die Innenstadt von Vaux-sur-Mer sowie Royan erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach, aber mit allem, was notwendig ist, ausgestattet. Ein wenig schade ist der nicht ganz so ange-nehme Geruch der Bastteppiche, der einem bei Eintritt ins Haus empfängt, das drückt anfangs den sonst positiven Eindruck.

Villa très bien située et parfaite en famille

Plage à 300m, Pontaillac à 1km, tout est conforme à la description. Dommage que les oreillers sont mauvais. La véranda n'apporte rien, nous avons préféré rester sur la terrasse devant la maison. La rue est peu passante, cela ne gêne donc pas.

Location Vaux sur mer

Le protège-matelas était tâché. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de transat. De plus, la véranda ne communiquant pas avec le reste de la maison n'était pas facile à utiliser.
