This renovated oceanfront apartment is in the heart of Isla Verde beach. It has a bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, 2 Smart TV with Nexflix and Cable TV, plus high speed WIFI. The condo has a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. It also offers underground parking, a nice swimming pool and tennis court. Walking distance to over 30 restaurants, nightlife, casino and supermarkets. It is just 10 mins drive from SJU airport and 15 mins from Old S.J

Disclaimer: the apartment does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a coin operated laundromat at the lobby of the building.

Property is located in the heart of Isla Verde which just won Best Urban Beach in the World, award given by USA Today. Condo is easy walking distance to over 30 restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, supermarket and casino. We offer a document with restaurants all over the island and lots of info on things to do. We do not earn a commission on the referrals so you will be directed to our personal favorites.

GETTING AROUND:
• No need to rent a car
• Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)
• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building ~ 0.75 ¢ each way or $9 Uber
• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise ~ $8 Uber
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street




All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Great place, beautiful beach! Only complaint is ad stated washer and dryer and when we arrived washer and dryer were locked in closet and we weren't able to use! Told us to us lobby coin op laundry, which is not what was expected. Overall nice place to stay!

Just adequate

Directions on how to enter property need to be more clearly stated. The tv/ internet in bedroom rarely worked There is no washer/ dryer with little space to even hang/ dry clothes. No hanging/ hangars were available as closets were locked. The property is very noisy throughout the night as walls are very thin should that be a problem for you. The location is excellent with easy access to ocean/ pool, shopping, dining. The pics over state the quality of the condo other than the view which is exquisite. The condo is adequate but very minimal. The manager Beatrice was exceptional and very responsive.

Great with fantastic view and location!

This place was almost exactly what we wanted! The check-in was easy, the location was great and the view was amazing! Everything you need is there-beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, basic kitchen items. The ONLY downfall is there is a picture and description of laundry in the unit that was not available for use. When we emailed regarding the locked laundry 2x, we received no response. We did call and was told I apparently signed a waiver (very possible!) acknowledging it was broke. Although when I did finally receive an email back days later, I was told it was for the use of the owner only. We just think there shouldn’t be a picture of it when viewing the unit. There is coin laundry available in the building at least! All in all, fantastic destination, beautiful and clean beach, great food and the condo along with the entire building and grounds was wonderful!
