The Space:
Beach will be steps away from your unit. It will be so wonderful you will not believe it. Great Location for the family to relax. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, El San Juan Hotel, Intercontinental, Ritz Carlton, Embassy Suites and Hotel La Playa. Restaurants, shops, all amenities, etc.

We are 5 minute from the International Airport, 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes away from Old San Juan.

Cozy clean unit. So close to the beach. Short walk to casinos and restaurants. Made for a great post Christmas escape. Make sure you use the beach entrance at the end of the street. Getting to the beach from the back of the building is a little tricky.

The room it self was amazing with amazing ocean view. The elevators of that building had problems. One thing I suggest about the room is to put a closet for the guest.

Amazing view and the studio was beautiful. The hot water on the shower never got hot or warm. That was the only thing wrong. Overall it was an awesome place.

Isla verde gem

Great little property right at the shore. Host communication was great, always a quick response. Check in and out instructions were very well detailed and easy to follow. It also has a dedicated locked parking space which is great. Only a few minutes from the airport and easy access to the highways. The condo was recently renovated and very comfortable. An amazing view of the ocean from everywhere in the condo, even the shower. The shore in front of condo is rock instead of sandy Beach, but a quick 1-2 min walk in either direction to great sandy beaches. This made for great wave sounds to fall asleep to each night. We will likely be staying here each time we come back.

The apartment is small but has all the amenities you may need. The shower is AWESOME! You walk out on the beach and can set up RIGHT OUTSIDE THE GATE! The water is clear. You don’t have many people on the spot, so you are golden!!!

Not at all what it looks like in pictures

There were many things that happened during our weeklong stay at this property. Hot water only lasted for three minutes. There was construction every day at the property. Pipes burst out in the hallway and was flooded for an entire afternoon. The parking space is only big enough to park a Fiat. The neighborhood is not the cleanest or safest. The air conditioner over the bed leaked onto the bed and made the pillows wet. When these issues were brought to the owner during the week, no accommodations were made to fix any of the issues. Stay away and do not stay here,

We ask future guests to read reviews. When person complaint, we informed him that if he was unhappy, he could contact Vrbo and they would assist him in getting one of hundreds apartment that are in the area and we would gladly give him a full refund. He never answered. Oh, a month before this guest’s reservation we had installed a new water heater and no one has complained since.

Wonderful Week
