1-room terraced house 38 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. location surévalué
ménage pas fait linge de lit resté sur la table basse électricité pas aux normes pas de mise a la terre multitudes de rallonges prises bricolés une seule chaise longue fuite au siphon de l'évier pas de matériels de cuisine four = mini mini four frigidaire très petit en mauvais état inadapté pour une location au soleil mélangeur eau d'une autre époque très dangereux

Logement tres décevant, vieillot, mastic inexistant sur vitre de porte, jardinet et cour non entretenu, électricité non conforme, frigo tres abîmé, dalle et pavé dans la cour, éclairage faible donc appartement tres sombre, humide, forte odeur de renfermé.... Tout ça pour 424 eur +23 eur de taxes, hors période scolaire . Nous avons eu déjà beaucoup mieux pour le même prix
