3-room terraced house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Bien mais...

L'essentiel correspond à l'annonce, lamaison était propre à notre arrivée et, point positif, on peut louer la maison pour quelques jours, même en août, mais la salle de bains mériterait une bonne rénovation: le flexible de douche fuit et les toilettes ont dysfonctionné pendant notre séjour (vite réparées par Interhome, ouf !). Seulement 2 plaques de cuisson pour 6 personnes, c'est un peu juste également...

Maison bien située avec parking inclus mais équipement général mediocre dont certains éléments ont besoin d’être changés. Chambre 1: Lit mou en fin de vie, commode branlante et abîmée Chambre 2: 2 lits posés l’un sur l’autre, uniquement tenus ensemble par l’échelle ! Placard fait de brique et de broque Moquette à l’étage sale et très vielle. Salle de bain petite & qui sentait l’urine Salon: bahut qui ne ferme plus Cuisine au top toute neuve et bien équipé. Terrasse bien équipée pour 6.
