Lovely and bright detached studio apartment in Central Austin. Within walking/biking distance to many central Austin attractions and restaurants. This secluded apartment has it's own private entrance and is located directly on a bus route that provides easy access to downtown and UT.

Perfect for my needs

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was really nice and extremely helpful. There were even some cold drinks waiting in the fridge after a long drive. It’s not a fancy place but very comfortable and homey. Kinda like staying at a relative’s house when you’re in town for a few days. Was perfect for one person.

Easy choice

The place was nice to stay in. Perfectly located so you can be close to downtown without being TOO close. The host was very accommodating with soaps and other toiletries supplied if needed. And the room was nice and comfortable.
