Colonial Beauty across from Community Beach on Winnipesaukee!

Four bedroom 2 bath home on beautiful lot across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee. 3 bedrooms have a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Wonderful sitting areas on the main level that include a sunroom, den, and living room. Full dining room and large, full appliance, eat-in kitchen leading out to backyard with spacious deck!! Really pretty home offering comfortable surroundings with the community beach just a short walk across the street and 100 yards to the waters edge. Hang out on the back patio area and enjoy the new Hot Tub.

Beautiful sandy bottom for wonderful swimming, plenty of space to park your beach chairs, and picnic tables to enjoy your lunch. Water access is via a series of gently sloping stone steps and a railing to the sandy bottom. There is a small area of sand at the waters edge for children to play.

Convenient location very close to downtown Meredith where you will find a host of restaurants, ice cream, shopping and even a small winery. SLEEPS 8 in beds!

Beautiful Colonial with short walk to water!

We loved our recent stay! So much to do in the Meredith area. The house is beautiful and spacious. Easily fit our extended family of 10 and Just a short walk down to the lake! I Would definitely recommend!

Great location and beautiful home!!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. We had three small families stay. A couple hundred yards from the private beach that ended up being mostly sand in the water. Plenty to do a mile away at the docks. My only complaint is we should’ve stayed longer! Tons to do both at and around this comfortable home.
