État de la location sale odeur de renfermé literie médiocre et odeur désagréable et usagée housse de canapé sale juste qu’a ne pas s’asseoir dessus dessous de lit papier poussière douche vétuste inadaptée au personnes corpulentes et handicapées terrasse sale tachée de reste alimenter table très sale llnge de lit entassés dans l’armoire avec aspect plus que douteux point positif emplacement agréable

Fuite des les wc avec odeur d’urine. SDB vétuste cuisine idem. Chambre mur tête de lit salle. Forte odeur humidité dans la petite chambre. Lamentable de louer ce bien Seul point positif la terrasse et le parking Nous sommes restés piégés 4 jours donc impossible d’aller ailleurs C’est lamentable. Nous avions l’intention de refaire appel à votre agence mais ce sera pas le cas. Nous en fessons part à Locasun Cordialement Sylviane Leclercq

Nous tenons d'abord à vous remercier d'avoir pris de votre temps afin de partager votre opinion. Le propriétaire a fait des travaux cet hiver pour améliorer son appartement. Quelques travaux pour la cuisine et la salle de bain sont également en cours. Nous gardons l'espoir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l'une de nos locations.

Très jolie résidence proche de la plage. Mais propreté générale de l'appartement un peu limite et la terrasse était particulièrement sale à notre arrivée.
