Petit logement assez bien conçu, avec la clim c'est le top, manque quelques rangements ( étagères dans salle de bain, et pièce a vivre, pour les vacanciers) grand balcon avec store banne très appréciable, pour les repas sur le balcon, résidence calme, belle piscine,

Bonne résidence

C'est la 2eme année qu'on va dans cette résidence. Elle est bien entretenu, calme et bien placé : commerces et plage à pied. La piscine est grande. L'appartement qu'on avait cette année était bien : une chambre pour les parents et un coin lit pour les enfants, une terrasse.... Juste la place de parking n'est pas très large (mais c'est du détail). Aucun problème avec Interhome, reçu mes documents de voyage dans les temps... Je trouve juste que leur forfais ménage obligatoire est un peu chère ! Surtout qu'en rentrant ce n'était pas nickel (sable au sol).

appartement à la petite motte avec une chambre double et un espace séparé avec 2 lits superposés. Clim appréciable. Mobilier vétuste . grand balcon ombragé; joli espace piscine . la mer est à 1km200 à pieds. petits commerces à proximité. Les restaurants et magasins bord de mer à la grande motte sont à 2km à pieds.

Belle résidence , belle piscine calme du fait qu'il y est un surveillant . Appartement très bruyant et non indiqué dans l'annonce du fait de la route très fréquentée qui passe sous la terrasse ( de jour comme nuit ) En plus le feu tricolore est juste devant la terrasse donc musique à fond dans les voitures , klaxons ... Et pas d'intimité sur la terrasse de part la curiosité des gens. Literie confortable et équipements convenable. Par contre la grande motte un 0 pointé pour la 4G inexistante.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Cette location vétuste datant des années 70 avec de la moquette au mur sans ascenseur (peu important car elle se situe au 1er étage) est à 2 km du centre au bord d'une avenue et non d'une rue (donc bruyante) ne vaut pas 900 € pour une semaine. De plus, l'agence nous donne un dossier qui n'indique pas l'état des lieux ni de liste précise des objets présents dans l'appartement et aucun agent ne s'est déplacé pour nous l'ouvrir, ni nous indiquer l'emplacement de la piscine, de la place de parking, des poubelles, des bacs de tri etc... Qu'a-t-on donc payé 900 € ? La piscine et une place dans le parking non couvert ? Décevant.

Les Cyprianes 3

Appartement agréable, plus spacieux que d'autres au même prix mais très bruyant la nuit car donnant sur un carrefour. La piscine est grande et agréable mais a bcp de règles, donc bien pour des adultes, moyen pour les enfants (jeux et nourriture interdits par exemple). L'appartement contient tout ce dont on a besoin. Le complexe Les Cyprianes est très agréable.

Résidence très bien dans un bon emplacement pour acceder à la plage et aux commerces, logement un peu vieillot mais suffisant pour des vacances
