Ideal for 4 people. PGJyPg Quiet area in the west, very close to shops (3 minutes) and the beach (7 minutes). PGJyPg Secure residence with entry code. Very large swimming pool. Tree-lined residence. Very close to a pine forest. Rated by a French star rating. Weekly rentals: - June 28 to July 5, 2025 = €600 (+ tourist tax) - July 5 to July 19 = €650 (+ tourist tax) - July 12 to August 9 = €750 (+ tourist tax) Well-equipped apartment: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, griddle, etc. for up to 4 people. Large bedroom with a queen-size bed + a cabin with 2 single beds Bunk beds. A living room/kitchen, a balcony, and a raised ground-floor terrace, close to the pool and with no overlooking neighbors. A small balcony. Linens (sheets and towels) available upon request: €50. Private and secure parking space: A real advantage as the GM car parks are paid. Two adult bicycles available. No pets allowed. No smoking inside.
