Bob is 4th generation Coronado resident. Adina is originally from Oaxaca, Mexico.
Why they chose this property
It's clean and quiet, with stucco exterior and tile floors, it stays quiet and cool during hot spells without using much air conditioning. The heart of the house is a light and airy sunroom with desk, TV and wicker furniture. The master bedroom is tucked in the back away from the street. The backyard has a huge brick patio surrounded by an urban orchard with orange, lime, lemon, guava, and avocado trees. Enjoy!
What makes this property unique
Central air conditioner works well, but is rarely needed. Many casement windows let the cool ocean breeze flow thru the home. Slab floors and stucco walls help to moderate temperatures. All single level. Two walk-in shower.
